Truly a stunning place! The staff were all amazing, we were even greeted with 2 glasses of complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary and a handwritten card. It made it extra special for us and I can’t thank them enough for this. The food is 5 star as was the service. If you haven’t been here yet then you need to go!!

Master Chef food! Amazing place and decoration inside. Food was 100% delicious and made with love. Nice and friendly atmosphere with great prices. Definitely one of the best places I have been in Crewe.

We dined here on Easter Sunday. Definitely need to book with ample time ahead as the restaurant is quite busy. Service was fantastic, we arrived a little early so had a drink at the bar then were shown to our table. Everything arrived in just the right amount of time meaning the pacing of the evening was good. The Broughton has obviously had a high level of thought put into the design which is a mix of contemporary, traditional and art deco styles. The 8oz Ribeye was a perfect medium rare, smokey and perfectly seasoned - very impressive. The peppercorn sauce was the best I've had - great spice and flavour. The chips were very disappointing - undercooked, a bit bland and felt like they'd been chucked about the kitchen - all broken apart. Considering this is a ÂŁ27ish meal I would have expected the chips to be perfect too. Overall would definitely recommend for the steak itself but maybe try the fries as they might have been better. The duck salad was a little disappointing, the duck leg wasn't cooked particularly nicely and the accompanying salad was bland - the best part being the pickled cucumber. It would have benefitted from a more tender cut of duck that you didn't have to pull off the bone as well as an appropriate dressing to go with the salad. I would not recommend this dish. The desserts were all perfect - the espresso martini choux bun was creative and all the elements were really well done, crisp choux bun great rich and sweet sauce - wonderful blend of flavours and the brownie was rich and tasty. Definitely recommend the choux bun for something a bit different.

Had a lovely meal at The Broughton. Very attentive staff with a great atmosphere with an amazing interior.I had a tough choice between the Lamb and Wagyu Burger, ultimately opting for the former off the back of our server's advice and it did not disappoint. The food was extremely tasty, with a good combination of flavours.I will be back soon, and will be looking to try the Wagyu Burger!

Food:Sesame Chicken with Asian Slaw - Bit too much balsamic in the slaw for me but that’s my own personal taste so wouldn’t mark it downConfit Duck Leg with (cant remember the sauce) cashews, watermelon and chilli - Wife really enjoyed it!8oz Flattened Rump Steak with Italian Hard Cheese, Chilli and Rocket - 10/10 from us both! I added garlic butter, wife added peppercorn sauce. We both enjoyed it so much we’re planning to go again,Sticky Toffee Pudding with Custard - Moist, custard comes separately so you can choose how much to add which I really likedChocolate Brownie - comes with ice cream but wife swapped for custard which they were absolutely fine with.Yes, it’s a little noisy but it was a Friday night so was expected. I loved the decor and thought that they’d done a really good job. Our server (Jordan B) was quick and attentive, couldn’t fault the night at all.Pleased to see on other reviews that the bar area allows dogs too so we can bring our puppy next time :)

We booked a table aa we had heard good things since the refurbishment. We checked in ahead to make aure we were allowed to bring doga, which is fine as long as you eat/drink in the bar area. No problem as the bar area is very nice!Staff were friendly enough, but seemed to be fairly new. No problem, we all start off with no experience. We rwally enjoyed the atmosphere, a good mix of diners and drinkers. It felt like a good mix of a traditional pub and a more modern one.Food waa nice, we haf 3 courses, as shown in the photos. We will return in the future, especially as it's a nice place to eat and is dog friendly at the same time.

First experience of the new paragon pub and it did not disappoint!I didn't think it was possible, but if anything the Broughton have outdone their other venues (and they are all fabulous in their own rights). The whole experience was incredible. The venue itself is stunning in its new decor, the staff and service was faultless and the food was first class. Not one morsel of food left on anyone's plate for every course. The presentation was a great start but the taste of the food was out of this world. The slow cooked lamb shoulder literally fell about to the touch and melted in the mouth and the Thai prawn and sea bass curry was gorgeous. Both highly recommended.

Another great Paragon pub. Lovely atmosphere, staff are a bit inexperienced but given how hard it is to find hospitality staff at the moment that's to be expected. If anything it was overstaffed to compensate. Food was excellent as you would expect from Paragon. The bar area looks pretty good and it will be great to sit out in the back lounge area once the weather warms up. I may even give their breakfast a try when walking the dogs one weekend. Great food at a reasonable price with a good wine list and attentive staff. What's not to like.
