But the tapas we ordered from Puerto Lounge was much better than any of the food we tried at Cappello Lounge.The hot chocolate was par below compared to what we tried before. I felt the chocolateness was missing, and I could feel a mild milk taste in the background while having it.The portion for the burger was decent, but it didn’t live up to the taste I was expecting. The buttermilk fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, but it disappointed me as the flavours didn't penetrated into the chicken. I wished they would have added some solid sauce for the burger. The bacon was excellent, as anyone can cook it, and the rocket salad was decent. I expected a bit more cheese on both burgers, but I was disappointed. The best thing was the fries as they felt cooked freshly with skins.The customer service was excellent and helpful. However, it was disappointing when we couldn’t order some of the brisket items. The ambience was amazing, with a great venue for a date. I should try some cocktails next time!

Was very excited by the menu, especially given the other local options for eating out, however disappointed to find a number of the dishes unavailable.Children's fish fingers were very poor, using a cheap fish - possibly Pollock? Distinct taste that the 9yr old didn't like.Buttermilk chicken was ok but would have preferred more coleslaw and less chicken.Whilst we like the eclectic look unfortunately we had a wobbly table and uncomfortable bench seat.

The food is lovely, the staff are friendly and polite and the decor is cosy. I have to say Cappello Lounge is absolutely winning, where Verso Lounge in Stafford seems to fall short in the food and friendliness categories for me. The only thing that I would change is the condiments: cheap ketchup which doesn't seem to match the high standard of food here, also not having a black pepper grinder available. Both of which I would expect to find alongside such a great menu.

Oh my gosh, where to start. The staff are so polite, helpful, welcoming and professional. They were understanding of my food intolerances and catered to my needs. They had a vegan menu for my boyfriend and a gluten free menu for me, though I have extra intolerances to cater for and they successfully succeeded. The food was excellent, so delicious 😋, we came to dine for our anniversary and we will definitely be back. May bring the kids next time, they will love it I'm sure. Me and my girlfriend are doing a vegan month for March, so we head to the Cappello Lounge because we saw that they had a great vegan menu. I had the vegan cheese burger and my girlfriend had the vegan ultimate sausage sandwich. Both meals were so good we were thinking they must have accidentally given us the real thing! Their Brewdog beer and Old Mout cider were also vegan options on tap. Would recomended to vegetarian and vegan friends

Staff are a very nice and friendly bunch. We had a few drinks and some food. Prices are very decent and the food was veryyy delicious. Whoever made the broccoli soup on Saturday deserves a raise because it was amazing. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend 💖

Capello lounge is a lovely modern take on a restaurant. I especially liked the spoons-style mobile ordering website which in itself was flawless. Lovely food and kind staff.

They offer a vegan menu, and the beyond meat burger is really good. Quite a nice atmosphere but it felt very noisy. Might be because I was there Saturday lunchtime or just that I've not got out much recently!

Me and my girlfriend come here every weekend and it's perfect service everytime. The staff are friendly and wear really nice clothes. It's always are a talking point when we come in. Food comes out fast and is cooked to perfection. Favourite place to eat when I come home.

Really like it here. Normally pop in for breakfast but have eaten here later in the day too. Food is tasty and menu has decent choice - even if you're one of those vegans 😉Not been here in the evening for drinks but my wife says it's nice and cocktails are lovelyRecommended highly 👍
