Daves Fish Bar is absolutely spot on. Been so many times and never been disappointed

Fish is kept in hot box which does mean soggy bottom battered fish. Staff ok but not engaging. Do go if passing.

Local chippy thats been serving the community for over 40yrs. Decent quality Food..friendly owner with a bigger than usual choice of meals. I remember coming here when Doreen owned it . . . whats that . . . 40yrs ago ?

Every week I have large cod in crumbs chips n peas my treat to myself always perfect always enjoy it thanks Dave n the girls happy new year !

Friendly staff and great food,used to use Milehouse but food just as good here and you don't have to wait as long.

I rang Dave. A Said, do ya d'liver. He said no we do lamb, chicken n fish. Bang, phone down. Goodness me.

Food was lovely but service was so slow. Was not that busy but a 30 min wait while only a few waiting is absurd staff need to be quicker and more prepped .

Disappointing, to put it politely... Not a great first try! Flavour of the donner was nice but the wrap was leaking grease over my plate as soon as I picked it up, sadly won't be returning there again! Didn't even dare give any to my dog!!

Pre ordered fish and chips are freshly cooked for you. The fish is super large, sweet and coated in thin batter. The chips and peas are equally delicious. Highly recommended.
