No visit to Newcastle under Lyme is complete for me without at least one bubble tea! Love them. Waffles are good too

Eggettes are great so strongly recommend this shop. 10% off for students with their ID. Serves eggettes, waffles, bubble tea and coffee as well as ice cream.

The bubble waffles are really nice but the milk tea tastes plain like water and the tapioca pearls have no flavour, they are just chewy. Also, the shop is practically never open and they don't have proper opening times. The bubble waffle are nice tho.

Checked opening times on website which clearly stated 11 am. Had a 35 mile journey yesterday as promised a child bubbie tea Arrived at 11.15 3 other people waiting outside as not open. One was a lady who had left her bag in there yesterday and was told to collect at 11. Waited until 11.40 still not open, not answering my calls. Eventually let me know they weren’t opening until 12 by which time we had left with one very disappointed child.Appalling customer service, no apology to my message sent. Poor way to run a business! Will not be teturning

I had a classic milk tea from this place today, and it tasted like water.

Don't know if it has to do the new employees, but the quality of service, as well as the drinks has decreased tremendously. I was the only one in the store, with my friend, and they took around 10 mins to make the drinks.Ordered 2 drinks, and they both had no taste, it was like just drinking water. Disappointing.Also, don't know what they did to there taro, but its no longer a purple, its now served as murky brown.

Delicious bubble waffles and boba tea. The strawberry dream bubble waffle (pictured) was a work of art...but not one that lasted long as it was so delicious!

literally the best bubble tea ever, the workers are soooo nice + it’s pretty cheap too. it’s not overly westernised and they sell snacks like mochi too

Lovely eggettes and their matcha milk bubble tea is the best ever. Staff are really nice and the place is spotless.

First time trying this amazing place. Kids were super happy with there ice cream eggette. We were asked by loads of people walking around where we got them from. Highly recommend. Fantastic tasty treats at brilliant prices. We will be back again many times 😃😃😃
