Joyous Feast in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Meal for 2 ordered here within 20 minutes and was still hot. Cooked very well and was very tasty.

Chilli chips with no chilli whatsoever. Threw half in the bin the other half were OK if served in a prison.

Delicious! We ordered from Alsager tonight and the food was absolutely fantastic. It is the best Chinese Takeaway we've ever had. We had prawn toast, chicken and sweetcorn soup, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken in batter, chips and rice. The food arrived hot and we will be regular customers for the foreseeable. Thanks!

I've been ordering my Chinese takeaways from The Joyous Feast for over 2 years now, and not once have I been disappointed with any of my orders. That's how nice their food is, and I won't be going with any other Chinese takeaway at anytime soon. Highly recommended!

This is the first time we have used joyous feast. The food was amazing. The spare ribs were so tender. Chow mien was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this take away

Do not order from this Chinese! Please! They are absolutely awful. They sent out order that took over an hour to come, it was cold, everything was soggy, starters were even burnt (how is that possible) we didn’t touch the food. We rang to tell them and said they could come and pick the order up if needs to be. The owner then started to shout at my partner down the phone calling him a liar and saying his reasoning isn’t good enough and they refused to give us our money back. The whole lot went in the bin! So upset! I would not even give 1 star if I was given the choice, absolutely awful experience.

Order from here fairly regularly, on this occasion they missed off an item from my order which I had paid for in advance. I rang up to only to be told that 'you'll get it for free next time'. Obviously I wanted it there and then and to be told that is an absolute joke you should bring it regardless. Very unprofessional and they won't be receiving my custom anymore.

Worst Chinese meal ever.....the food was overcooked, tasteless and an overuse of food colouring.....salt and pepper ribs were just fat and gristle.....satay chicken rock hard....no sauce with mixed starter....Rang to complain and female didn't understand we had had our food as didn't understand English or chose not to when heard the word complaint!A complete waste of money as most ended up in the bin.

Was told our order would be 45 minutes, I called to chase it after an hour but it arrived an hour and a half late and luke warm. Upon opening they had also made a mistake with the order so my daughter had no food. We use this take away regularly but I will not use again!!!!!! I wouldn't mind but had they informed me that it would take this long to be delivered we would of collected it.
