McDonald's in Newcastle-under-Lyme

After this morning if I could leave 0 stars I would! Stood for half an hour being totally ignored while everyone ran round after the delivery drivers! It looked and sounded like a disgusting taxi rank! I ended up getting a refund and I'll never go back! Absolute disgusting joke of a place!

There is a lady who has worked here for over 30 years. still very friendly now as she was when I was a nipper. Excellent service 👏

I wouldnt even bother ordering online from here, not a single member of staff can get any order correct,And then u contact the restaurant, and managers answers.. Not a single toss is even given,Ordered 4 times, all 4 orders incorrect and missing items,Waste if time. They genuinely don't care

Missed an entire large big mac meal and the Fanta syrup and fizz was non-existent..... Is this place ran by idiots?!? Seriously can't get any worse. HOW DO YOU MISS AN ENTIRE MEAL WHEN IT'S ON A SCREEN IN FRONT OF YOU???

Worst Customer Service of my life. Got Harrassed to leave by a manager whilst eating in a half empty Restaurant, Silently sitting by myself. food is terrible and service even worse. Just go subway

The food was absolutely disgusting the food was freezing and I’ve become really poorly and I’ll never order anything again!

This branch comes with it's own in-store GP, at least that is the impression I got when a rude crayon muncher marched towards me at the door, pointing, screaming "MASK! MASK!". I'm exempt. This attitude could make other customers feel embarrassed and unwelcome.

Last 4 orders:missing syrup on pancakes and syrupmissing hashbrown of breakfast meal dealwrong pancakes (with sausage) and no syrupno cutlery, no syrup, cold.i'd stop coming back but what else does breakfast at 7 am in a hurry?

Thickos who can't read a screen. Ordered twice online now and twice it has come with stuff missing, first a wrap, now my kids happy meal. You ring them up and they advise you to seek a refund for the item from Uber eats. How can you forget a happy meal, it's a big cardboard box, and they wanted a £15 p/h wage a year ago LOOOOOOOOOOOL.
