Mo's Kitchen in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Nice food, hot and not greasy.

Really tasty Chinese takeaway. I love the Salt and Chili King Prawn and the Crispy Shredded Duck. Only downside is the portion of Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese Style, it's like half the size of the Lemon Chicken.

We are return customers to Mo's and over the years I don't think we've ever had a bad meal. I am surprised by the bad reviews, although the majority seem to be deliveres whereas we always pick-up after ordering over the phone.

First time ordering absolutely lovely food around 45 mins to come piping hot this will be my new Chinese from now on keep it up

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered from here just after it reopened from lockdown and the food was over two hours late. Called to get an update to find no one answering the phone. The food arrived and I sent it away. No apology from the delivery driver. I gave them another try this evening and the service received was pitiful. They sent the wrong order and when we called to rectify it, they tried to make out the food was what we ordered. Point blank refusing to deliver the correct order. I would definitely not use Mo's kitchen again. I struggle to see how they still have a business with such substandard customer service. They should be ashamed. Spend your money elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Had our first take away from Mo's kitchen, it was absolutely gorgeous, the egg fried rice Mmmmmm the whole meal was to die for, will definitely be ordering from here again a definite five stars.

Order from here regularly and never had a problem and the food is usually nice but after tonight I wont be returning. You need to sack the chinese delivery driver as he just walked into my house!! Not happy at all. Food was late and the salt and pepper chicken was really dry

One star too many! Absolutely disgusting service. Order placed at 7pm with a delivery time of an hour, food hadn't arrived at 8.20pm so I called to be told they had only just started cooking it and it would be another 20 minutes. 8.50pm still no food! By this point my children were starving and myself and my wife had gone past hungry. So I make another call to be told it’s out for delivery and on its way (I live a 5 minute drive away) finally arrived at 9.10pm. No apology, no freebies. Food inedible! The rice was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was not healthy. The chips were cold and stale. Prawn toast the same. I just wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Absolute waste of £30. Seriously don’t bother. Unless you like to waste money and go hungry! How on earth this place is still in business is beyond me. AVOID!

Ordered a takeaway through just eat at 7:36pm the order was confirmed as delivered at 8:20pm. I rang the takeaway who told me it would be 3 minutes, 20 minutes later i rang again and could not get any understandable explaination just told it would be 10 minutes, after another 20 minutes i called again to which i was finally told that the food had not even been cooked!Lied to 3 times waited 2 hours for a takeaway, absolutely disgusting service.

Mo's kitchen is slightly expensive compared to others, but when you receive your order you will no why. You can taste everything is fresh and quality ingredients unlike most Chinese takeaway is Stoke. You also get plenty of meat in your meals unlike someone stated in another review. I'd even go as far as saying it's the best Chinese takeaway in town.
