Robyn & Sophia looked after us today at The Milehouse and we had an amazing experience. Robyn was quick to ask whether we were visiting for any special occasion and we were offered half a pint on the house for my partner’s 40th birthday, shortly followed by a birthday card! Almost every member of staff we looked/smiled at said ‘hello’ or ‘how are you’. The entire restaurant, bar and kitchen staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The drinks came quickly, the food even quicker, and for 12.95 for two courses at lunchtime… you can’t go wrong. The food was outstanding. We were full from our starters, there was that much to go around! Robyn was knowledgeable about the specials on offer and all of the team made sure we were happy throughout, without interrupting too often. We will be coming back as soon as we can. Well done to them all especially in these crazy temperatures.

3 stars for food and 5 stars for service.Ordered a medium rare steak and it was closer to medium well-done. Cheesecake was not delicious in the slightest, and so was key lime pie. Out of all dishes I mostly enjoyed garlic breakHowever having said that about food, I have to point out amazing service. Very polite staff, always tops up water, no waiting around at all

Service and cocktails were brilliant. The steak was cooked well, and the side sauce was excellent.The sides unfortunately weren't up to the same standard! The fries were a bit soggy and the veg a bit over cooked. It Would have been 5 stars if they weren't 😊

Amazing place, really friendly staff who greet you when you enter, and say goodbye when you leave. Great service from start to finish. The staff all seem really happy to be there, and it reflects with their service. Strongly recommend getting food at the bar, the portions are great and the food is amazing. Drink prices are about what you'd expect for a pub so really impressed.

Attended here this afternoon for a spot of lunch with a mate.The food was incredible!Amazing starter, lovely main and MY GOD THAT DESSERT!!!would recommend.We had two amazing and attentive servers: Danielle and Catarina.These girls were amazing.

I just wanted to say what an amazing meal we had to tonight.It was the first time we have been to the Milehouse and how refreshing it was to have service and food that matched up to the top quality interior design (unlike a local pub chain, where the service and food is a little lacking).We had drinks in the bar and the barman was very attentive and accommodating , we were then served by Tanisha who I have to say could not do any better, she was genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable, especially with the steaks.We had the Tom o hawk steak and it was out of this world, homemade chips and bernaise sauce. Absolutely perfect.I have to say from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the whole experience was absolutely faultless. Fabulous food, service where the staff were genuine and they wanted to ensure our time here was perfect. Thank you to everyone at the Milehouse we can’t wait to return.

Excellent service. beautiful decor and extremely clean.Katerine, the Manager, is an absolute delight and extremely attentive as are all her staff. Food was delicious. The price is a little higher than most places but you definitely get what you pay for.We will definitely be using the Milehouse again. 5 stars and every one of them is deserved. We chose the Milehouse as our venue for my daughter's 21st birthday, oh and what a fabulous choice it was. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant with smiles and an immaculate setting. As there were so many of us, we were shown to a room with a huge set table. The service of the staff was second to none. Our food was served all at the same time, in such a way that everyone was able to eat together. As soon as our glass was empty , we were asked if we would like another beveridge. Huge congratulation sand well done to the manager, kitchen staff, and waiting on. You are an amazing team. .

First time there, staff were lovely so nice and friendly. Very helpful. Food was delicious, I have allergies and they gave me a paper so I knew what was in my food. Never had that before excellent 👌. Thank you for a memorable night.

Lost 1 star due to loud music and poor lightning had to get touch out to read menu. The young lady serving our table was very good but they kept moving her off her area so was not alway around. Food good but needs a little attention to detail plus table size was OK for 3 to small for 4 as you could not get meals and drinks comfortable on the table it attention to the detail was never ask if everything was alright watch senior staff go round various parts of restaurant talk to customers but our area was left out. Not good when pay £60 a head would have been more but people failed to attend when our serve was removed our order was delivered incorrect the management not attentive this could have a regular for use.
