Subway in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Tables hadnt been wiped. food and crisis on the floor ... assistant got both orders wrong. Seemed as if they are more interested in the delivery side more than actual customers .

Avoid at all costs.. I came into the store Saturday night a young girl and lad that clearly do not no what they are doing. How hard can it be to make a sandwich? And why does it take over 15 minutes for them to put the wrong items on after repeating myself twice we finally get to the till then try to charge me £639 I always check before I pop my card on which in some cases people may not do this so be careful folks. I dont want to pay £639 for a footlong and most certainly not for the one that was thrown together. The sauce was all over the top of the bread the steak was near enough just in the middle, I asked for it to be toasted the cheese was not melted. The staff looked under pressure so i did not want to add any more pressure to them. Since then I have tried to phone the store more than once to speak to a manager regarding this matter. I have now had to result to informing head office due to this run down store

Sorry to say that subway is getting expensive. Just three years ago could get a sub and coffee for £3, the cost now for the same £4.40. the staff were a little distant and occupied with their own joke's. Saying that they were quick and efficient. Warm, good seating. Cheaper alternatives available nearby. Sorry to say goodbye to subway but for a quick snack way too expensive. We paid this place a visit 2nd September 2021 and can only say it most certainly is getting worse, completely gone to the dogs. We got wrongly charged for fare even though the prices were advertised on a big poster out side on the window. The staff asking one another the price, still came up with the wrong one. Then we asked for two coffees, no, didn't have any, machine broke ????, Then we asked to use the toilet, no, not in use. Could it get any worse. Really sorry state. Tried again beginning of October, this time we asked if there was any coffee available and the answer came back NO so we about turned and walked out. Since we have tried other subways, Louth, Skegness, tunstall, all have coffee available but not Newcastle.???. Going past on 20th January 2022 popped head in again and asked if any coffee available no came the answer, funny thing is it was completely empty,??

They messed up the order and even forgot to send items and also they are not answering the phones. We have paid for certain goods and expect to receive what has been paid for. Not the stone cold and half missing excuse of a meal they sent. Will not be ordering again from this location. I actually wish I could leave less than one star. Utterly inexcusable lack of service and how hard is it to toast the meals!? And send the full order!? Idiots

I try to avoid this store as they've been rude before but I wanted to get something for us so went in. The way they talk to people is not particularly nice, then one of them put sauce on my sub when I didn't ask for it. Then remade it but left the pepper off so I asked for it and she started to put black pepper on it... The end they didn't even bother to give a bag or anything for my order just chucked it in front of me and left, like they were the one supposed to be annoyed.. Will not go again

Absolutely shocking service....again. order never turned up. Apparently the driver had been 'told to refund us' the man I spoke to on the phone sounded half asleep and not bothered. Avoid. Send the wrong drinks last time 🙄 it's not hard is it to get an order right!

Ordered online, half the order was missing. The delivery driver dumped order by front door and drove off without even knocking. Luckily I saw her running down path on my camera. I rang store 5 times to say order was missing bits but no one ever answered. Wouldn't use again!

Two female staff on. one was extremely rude and ignorant and one young girl who literally did everything on her own. Store looked empty and run down. Asked what drinks were available with no answer. Didn't have half the menu in. Weren't told what was available. Toilets out of order and felt ignored. Rude female then went outside with friends instead of serving whilst bossing the young lass around. Avoid

The person who served me seemed hostile throughout the entire process and failed to deliver extra grated cheese when asked for a third time after being ignored twice.She then left my sandwich with only half of it covered in cheese instead of asking if there was any more in stock. After I paid for my order, she then checked instead of providing good customer service.The reason this is not 1 star is because her colleague was nice and attentive however this does not make up for a poorly made sandwich.
