Service was outstanding! Our server was attentive and fast. Couldn't speak more highly of them! The food was mostly good, but the main course i couldn't even eat. I ordered a margharita pizza (should be mozarella and basil), but I got cheddar cheese with uncooked slices of tomato on top. It was horrible! The started was tasty... we had dough balls which were good. The dessert was lovely... we had a shared sundae which was good value for money and delicious. There wasn't a good selection of vegetarian dishes either which put me off as well.

Called in with the family after ten pin bowling. The service was friendly and helpful. The drink and food orders were taken soon after our arrival. The food was served reasonably quickly. The menu was ok and the meal was well cooked and presented. This venue is similar to a Wetherspoons and the food is similar in presentation and price. A great place for a quick meal but not a place I would use for a celebration meal.

Have been to the Cotton Mill before and found it to be a pleasant experience each time. I like the fact that you have a dedicated NGCI menu for me to choose from. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Food has always been well presented and tasty. The atmosphere in the pub is inviting, well decorated and clean. I like the fact that the tables are more spaced apart than before so we are not all crammed on top of one another and have room to move between the tables without getting too near to other diners. Your on line booking service is easy to use. The only down side, that stopped me giving you 5 stars, was the fact that none of your staff were wearing masks. With the upsurge in the new virus I would have thought that this would be a priority.

Booked for my sons birthday, nice food but waited 1.5 hours from starting our main for them to collect the plates. Then we had to ask for someone to take dessert orders (as it's table service)Had to ask 3 times and ended up having to go the bar to pay. Total bill £165 and staff couldn't even be bothered. Take my advice and go somewhere else until management sort their staff out

A group of 8 of us had our Christmas Dinner at the Cotton Mill today and I would like to say a huge thank you for how wonderful it was. Our server was Xander... What an absolutely lovely young man. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. The food was fantastic and the service really was second to none. We would definitely return again for Christmas Dinner next year as we all enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended.

Christmas Lunch with my Aunt and Uncle. Greeted on arrival for our 12noon booking and seated quickly by very pleasant staff. Welcomed by the Manager who was very attentive throughout as well as keeping a close eye on her staff and their service.Starters and Main Course arrived quickly with efficient service from the table servers. Both courses were very good and the whole meal was excellent value for a Christmas Day menu.I felt the only room for improvement food-wise concerned the Christmas Pudding which was small in size and obviously microwaved (perhaps a little too long as it was quite hard!) Nevertheless a very good performance overall enhanced by attentive courteous staff.

Visiting the area on business and called in on a Monday, mid afternoon. Although no reservation we were found a table quite quickly.A good range of drinks, and tasty food cooked satisfactory.A mention for cheerful staff member, 'Elizabeth ' who was helpful in answering any questions we had whilst also tending to other tables/wiping down etc etc.Would go back if in area again.
