Just had drinks hear nice place

I have given this a poor review a couple of months ago and revisited to find it's gone back to being brilliant, good food and we had a starter of crispy beef, humus and chorizo between the two of us, yum yum. The mains were as good. Thanks to the staff, and thanks to Olivia our waitress for brilliant service

Visited with my sister. Her room was revamped and very nice . WeLL mine mmm it Looked like it had been there since 1920 with the smallest telly ever.Room was clean though., We were very disappointed to find that the pub doesn't serve food Tuesday or Wednesday which meant a 4mile drive too find one that did. Breakfast needs a revamp as the only thing served without sugar was plain toast,

Stayed the night here and had dinner, thw food was amazing, to start I had the sausage and black pudding Wellington and for main the beef brisket, the flavours worked perfectly for the starter and the main just malted in the mouth. The room was spacious and the bed was oh so comfy. The full English in the morning was spot on and a nice surprise because I didn't know it came with a breakfast. It was a brilliant weeknd away for valentines would recommend to everyone

Great meal with friendly service. Maybe shouldn't have had pudding but couldn't resist. :-)

We are staying here overnight whilst we visit dogs. The room is very well set out and very comfortable. Very happy. Looking forward to our evening meal

What a great place. Stayed overnight whilst in the area and all I can give is praise. Lovely room, great food and such a warm welcome. We won't hesitate to stay again. X

Nice place to stay, the room was a little worn but it was clean which is all that matters. Breakfast was tremendous, good quality bacon and sausage. One thing that bugged me, there's a smoke alarm with a flashing light just above the bed and me being a light sleeper the thing kept waking me up. Staff 10/10 great people. Thank you👍

Beautiful Inn offering a delicious menu with possibly the most comfortable and well decorated rooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are passing through.The bed was tall and wide offering good comfort and the bathtub was long and deep with water jets in the sides which made for a very relaxing evening. The staff were very well presented and maintained a very professional attitude at all times.
