I have seen that my review has been removed, which is also shocking, customers need to know what the staff are like when coming to a restaurant. My deleted review: “ I saw someone order a pint today, and one supervisorwoman tripped the waste form the drip trap into my freshdrink. they had to ask the tall Supervisor to replace it.Disgusting”

We attended a gender reveal party, there were roughly 25 of us. Meals came out hot and were very tasty. Staff were attentive & could not do enough for us.

We absolutely love this pub the staff are amazing especially with our children. Friendly atmosphere good food. Can't wait for the new beer garden 😊😊 xx

Terrible!!! The food was cooked an then re-microwaved so crispy items were soft and soggy 🤮. The manageress was very moody and kept staring and giving dirty looks out. Which made us feel really uncomfortable we weren't happy.

Called in for a late lunch and their two meals for £9.50 temped us. We ordered fish and chips twice, large americano coffee and a hot chocolate......... No large americano coffee available apparently even though on the menu. A bit odd given they had mugs available on the shelf by the side of the coffee machine ?The meals were very nice and a portion bigger than expected 👍. The staff were polite and welcoming. The establishment was clean and tidy.We will certainly call again. 👍👍

We were a group of 7. Some of the meals were like kiddie portions and were quite beige with not much side veg or colour. Have certainly had better from here before. I don't know what's happened to the place.

Went for dinner today. The staff were welcoming and polite. Food didn’t take too long and was enjoyable. Very traditional pub but clean and cosy. Would recommend.

I visited around lunch time and was greeted in an un polite manner. Me and my friend were looked up and down by a woman who seemed to be the manager as soon as we walked in and were asked for id (we are clearly over 18) I didn’t see the need for id as we were only there for food and didn’t even request alcohol. We ordered the lasagna and sausage and mash. Food was APPALLING. As seen in the picture this was how it was presented when it was brought over to the table. Absolutely disgusting. I did not get a picture of the sausage and mash but the mash looked as though it was microwaved and they made no effort when just putting it on the plate. It was a hard lump. The sausages were burnt on the outside and still half raw on the inside. This was my first visit here and will most definitely be my last. The whole experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend and would not advise anyone to go!

Today review 3 starsOrdered sirloin steak well done , no blood . Rump steak came and it was cremated. They forgot my onion rings I had to ask for them . They did apologise. It wasn’t busy so they can’t use that as an excuse. Pudding were plentiful I couldn’t eat it all.Going to try another local next time. Shame !!6 months ago this was my review 4 stars The food was good and plentiful.puddings good portions.. Service good and staff polite. Good price . The only thing that stopped the 5 star was the ladies toilets . Toilet seat was coming off. Needs a deep clean and TLC . Yes definitely go back.
