QUALITY HOME MADE FOOD AT REASONABLE PRICES......I recently had braised steak, chips and veg. It was utterly delicious and a good portion size with loads of lovely gravy. Food served is also very consistent and the same quality time after time! Meals are highly recommended and the best price in the area!! Warm & hearty welcome from the team at the Waggon.Only time for a lunchtime snack today, but the beef sandwiches were lovely and warming on a surprisingly cool day.Many thanks and a possible return to take part in what appeared to be substantial meals being enjoyed by other customers.

Went in for a drink, but made the mistake of asking to use the toilet first. Was told that they weren't meant to let me use the toilet because of COVID. What a jobsworth! Luckily the lovely chap in the nearby tesco express let me use their staff toilet.

Amazing Home Made food and such friendly staff! Beer is great too and everyone is super friendly! This is definitely the place to be! A place to make you smile!
