Food was out of this world it all meats from Frank parkers well worth the money

Had a lovely meal, staff were helpful and nice

I was there for a wake and they did the food and set it all out. They did a good job with plenty of choice.

Run down local pub, not my kind of place. Didn't want to drink out of the old very scratched glass I was given but did because I was on a date. Didnt stay long. Good for locals but I won't visit again. Sorry.

The Blue Boar has catered for several family funeral wakes. They always put on a reasonably priced buffet. Three tier menu options to choose from. General pub food in Montys restaurant to the rear used to be good when we went regularly....not been for a while. More traditional visit var at front.

I booked here for my dad’s 80th birthday. There were 34 of us and the food was enjoyed by all. Service was fantastic! Thank you so much for making my dad’s birthday so memorable.

I went there with 6 other adults and 2 children.We had the senior meal deal. There was ample to choose from and the meal was delicious
