Our breakfast is always spot on, they even let you take your dog too. Cant fault it to be honest 😁

Wonderful evening joining the local WI with a personal safety and singing policeman night. Great hotel for supporting local charity groups

Dropped in today as we found out pub is dog friendlyAnyway we were impressed with the menu choice especially as our friends who we were thinking of inviting are veganHad a small wine and half lager. It went down hill from therePlace was empty apart from the "loud potty mouth" sat with his family. I'm no prude but I would not like to have been sat in there with any family or friends. It seems they were known/friends of the staffThe other issue was the glass cleanliness was poor. We did not spot it until half consumed. I suspect the washing facility needs attentionWe decided to leave and returned half empty glasses to the bar and made mention to which an apology was offeredWe will visit again in a few weeks and see if the washing has improved

The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. They came back to check on us to see if we were enjoying the food and needed anything else. The food was amazing my daughter had the cheese & bacon burger which was tender and juicy and cooked just right with yummy fries. I had the chicken burger but lighter option so salad (no barm, fries or onion rings) they listened when said no dressing which is awsome as usually places ignore my request 🤣🤣. The triple chocolate brownie is to die for 🤤🤤 so gooey/chocolaty not powdery it was served warm wish I'd picked this option myself instead of the Eton Mess even though I enjoyed my choice if I ever visit again triple chocolate brownie will be my go to dessert. ❤

We went there for a meal the food was great, good value for money, staff really nice and friendly, WiFi not so good, but it was nice to sit and chat without having our phones bleeding. Would definitely recommend a visit there is a carpark to the side just enter your reg on the screen when entering the Coleshill.

I was in this pub yesterday around 14.00 and the pub was empty there was 2 people behind the bar I had put £5 in the fruit machine and it swallowed my money the staff said we don't have access to open it and so fourth which I understand, I then ordered 2 drinks from the same staff members, it would have been good customer service for the staff offer me at least one drink to compensate me for my loss in the machine, after all the machine is on your premises . But alas no goodwill gesture at all was forthcoming. Very disappointed

Decent room well priced. Drops a star as we had to insist on our breakfast. Literature said served until 11am, staff said 10am initially.

We had a lovely time at liz and martins wedding. Lovely room set out for the ceremony, then changed for the evening celebrations. Just perfect.Shame about the room we had booked to stay over .. we made our problem known to the staff lets see if anything comes of this .All in all the staff we delt with were lovely.Would like to say id stay again but the lack of duty of care would make me not

Where to start...... first impressions were very good. Lovely looking boutique type rooms...... then when you actually looked, OMG!!!! The dirt & dust was awful. I refused to use the shower because it was so filthy & the head was actually black!!!! The grime round the bath was awful. One of the curtains was actually shut & trapped in the window. There was a massive cobweb at the top of the window frame blowing in the draft that was created by the broken window!!! The sash was actually broken! On the upside the bed was comfortable, on the downside because the window was broken, this didn't help with the noise from the street! Some of the light bulbs were broken & the dust on the lamps was thick!! My in-laws had the room down stairs & they only had 1 towel between the 2 of them. Then for the breakfast........ What can I say...... We waited & waited & waited!!!! No juice in the help yourself station, no glasses only plastic!! No coffee!!! We eventually got served, 4 of us ordered, food came out 3 first then mine eventually came when the others in my party has nearly finished!! Went down stairs to use the toilet & 2 out of the 3 toilets had had the seats ripped off!!!! The very polite cleaner said it had happened the night before!!!! My husband complained to the manager who was extremely apologetic & incredibly professional throughout. He was a real credit, he had only been in post a few weeks & has obviously been given the unenviable task of trying to fix the place!!!! Massive job in his hands, but took all comments on-board & was very fare with us. Not sure if well ever go back but I wish him well in the uphill task he has ahead of him!!!! (To that note, the young assistant manager was incredibly helpful & polite too, an absolute credit)

What a fantastic dining experience at the Coleshill hotel. After responding to a Facebook advertisement for a special price menu me an a friend decided to check it out.Going in to the hotel it looked very welcoming and clean, greeted by a friendly member of the team we was taken to our table where we was presented with the perfect menu offering a mouth watering array of food. I proceeded to go get the drinks which the price of a pint of coke was expensive compared to a lot of places. My friend ordered a lamb shank an I ordered the beef rib.On arrival to the table we was presented with 2 plates of well presented food. Cutting into to the meat didn't take much effort as it just melted off the bone. The rest of the dinner was just as nice even if it lacked seasoning and the vegetables could have done with being a bit hotter. Still we enjoyed every mouthful. After dinner the deliberation about a pudding my friend decided to go for the black forest sundae which looked nice but lacked cream which usually makes a sundae. We paid the bill an received another promotion which was unexpected an even without this we left 2 happy diners. Would highly recommend the coleshill hotel.
