Crown Carvery at The Swan Hotel in North Warwickshire

Popped in for a drink after work on Tuesday. Place was clean and tidy. My pint was reasonably priced and not a bad pint at all. The girl who served me Shannen was very polite and bubbly and a credit to the establishment. All in all a very positive experience, well done all.

We stayed here Thursday night to Monday morning and I absolutely cannot fault it!!!! The room was beautiful and had everything you needed, the food was unbelievable and fresh and the staff couldn't have been better! We spoke to Mitchell, who was brilliant when helping us check in and getting sorted; Ebony who was friendly and smiling (even after we witnessed her having to deal with some awkward customers) and JD who was working the carvery and he was friendly and chatty which made the experience better!Honestly, all of the staff were amazing and we can't say thank you enough for everything!I would definitely recommend staying here or just coming for dinner, either way it's a wonderful place. Thanks again from room 104!!!! 😀

Came for breakfast this morning with my family who haven’t ate there for a while. Everything was absolutely delicious and my family said it was the best they’ve ever tasted. Our waitresses Michelle and Caroline were lovely. Tended to our every need and chef Luke did an amazing job with the food and was always smiling. My mom has decided to call him ‘The Happy Chef’. Thank you again!!!

Rooms clean and comfortable but need maintenance, constantly running toilet, shower door broken.Breakfast not ready at 7 am doors were locked and couldn't get in both mornings. , only half of available food options, took 20 minutes to sort out and front of house team had to help. No tongs for bread. No condiments, really poor quality bread and food, you advertise a great breakfast, its anything but great !No cutlery. No juice or water

I came for a carvery with my children as I have been on numerous occasions. We were served by two different waitresses, Izzy and Ebony. I have to say these delightful young ladies were pleasant, polite and friendly, and very engaging with my little ones, although thanks to them telling me how delicious the desserts were, we ending up adding a few extra hundred calories to our meal!! Thanks girls, you were right, the sundaes are indeed delicious!

We stayed over night while travelling to our holiday destination. Very friendly welcoming staff, very tidy roomy rooms. Food is delicious and prices are good. Will come again when we're passing that way again.

Due to 7 of us having a meal at lunchtime we asked if we could have a bigger table and were offered a bigger table straight away. Perfect customer service nothing too much trouble. Service at bar was exceptional and the food was amazing. Definately going again.

Stayed here whilst working away, room was exceptional, check in was a breeze. Went down for food and had the best pizza I've had for a while (move over dominos). The drinks were fairly priced and it was all topped off by our lovely waitress Chloe! Will definitely stay again!

Had an amazing experience this Weekend at the swan Coleshill, lovely staff there even helped me to my table with my drinks. Will 100% be returning. Their starters are really nice too and came out early!thanks again for a wonderful time at your place will definitely be recommending this place.

Fantastic carvery, meat cooked perfectly and lovely veg. The chef that served us was brilliant with my little boy. All the staff were friendly 😊 Definitely worth a visit
