Kentucky Fried Chicken - Nuneaton in North Warwickshire

i orderd a ten piece variety bucket and when I got home there was only 6 pieces in the bucket and was charged for the 10. I also ordered 4 large gravy and was given 4 small and yet again charged for for large. I tried phoning the store on several occasion to resolve the matter and there was no answer each time.

It was empty. The only drinks they offer are sugar free, I find them bloody disgusting but that's a personal thing. Other than that, the food and service were as expected, they get a big 👍.

Would score 0 out of 5 if possible. Walk up to the main counter to order one thing off the menu. Completely ignored me for 5 minutes standing there… 4 employees behind the counter more bothered about talking to delivery drivers and each other than even glancing at me. I Waited 5 minutes and decided to leave. Not spending a penny at this appalling establishment.

Visited Mon and ordered as drive through. No straw for drinking. Had to ask for it. Ordered chicken and two fries. On opening bag no fries so had to drive back. No apology from staff.No salt given nor napkins or lemon wipes.Once I finally got my fries chicken was stone cold.Won't be going back. V v poor

One of the best KFC restaurants I've been to. Rarely have time to stop but when I do its always clean. The food is always hot and they have never got my order wrong. Actually what you expect.

I have mobility issues so preordered for drive in collection. When i got there i was told manager does not allow this so had to sit in queue to exit. No apologee or questions as to why i had ordered that way just closed windows and staff walking away. I have a deviated knee cap and walking is very painful and dangerous as my knee gives way. If id wanted to walk in store id have ordered that way. Food great customer service terrible and policy discrimatory. Making an official complaint

Food was normal but the standard of cleaning was terrible. All the tables was dirty. One of the workers was also abrupt with us. Sauce should be given more than 1 satchet per meal.

Always gets my appetite going when the cleaning girl drops the mop to serve your food with her bare hands. And makes extra effort to mangle and molest your drink's straw. Consistently bad. Orders always wrong. Used to go every Sunday before work but now I eat out of a nearby bin - it's cleaner and tastier. $h!thole.

So it's order at the drive through window, a plus you would think... well not if you wear hearing aids. The server soon appeared miffed at my constant requests to repeat what she had said because she was wearing a mask.The food was OK the chicken was perfect the chips not so.The drinks 1 done correctly the Cappuccino with no sprinkles came with sprinkles so a hit and miss experience.

Ordered online. Thought could take it at the drive through but denied. Did not cloth appropriately so couldn't go down to the counter. Had to queue again at drive through and ordered the same at the window. This time, it was okay to sell it. Shouldn't stick too strict to way how things work.
