Mee Fong in North Warwickshire

Unfortunatly not a great experience, ordered for the first time as was recommened by someone else, placed order and was told an hour waiting time. Waited an hour and half still no food so phoned back took ages to answer to then be told it is an hour and half wait.. even though he said first was an hour and we waited over hour and half.. extreamly rude on the phone and then continued to put the phone down and not answer again... will not be in a rush to order again and havent even seen the food let alone eat any!

Ordered from here last night because our usual Chinese Takeaway was closed for annual leave, but unfortunately it was a huge waste of £25 and ruined our evening.We had a chicken curry which was quite watery and lacked any real flavour. The chicken chow mein was also tasteless and the chicken had a slimey texture to it, so we most definitely couldn't eat that.I was really disappointed with it all to be honest and will not order from here again. It ruined our evening, was a waste of money and we all ended up being still hungry.In future, when my regular is closed, I will go without until they reopen!

Long wait even a telephone order que was there need to be more organised food was ok

Food was cooked nice, except for me steak was a little bit over season, don't like pepper, you can add but can't takeaway. Drinks where a bit pricey,

What a shame how a takeaway with nice food has such poor customer service, The man that answers the phone really rude. Needs to realise without customers. No buisness

Ordered two rump steaks at 19:00 hrs, said would be one hour ten minutes, phoned to chase order at 20:30 hrs to be told it's on its way, I live 800 meters away, at 21:10 still no delivery, so had to cancel and had a bag of crisps, very disappointing, but been coming here for years maybe just a bad day

Simple, decent food.I'm rarely dissapointed with the food here, and the service is always polite. Some items can be a little pricey, but not enough to turn people away.
