"Renowned for its large garden, the pub has picnic tables and garden benches, a stone terrace with tables and chairs, and a pergola lit with festoon lighting and heaters. An oak-framed entrance canopy leads into the pub. Inside, has been brought into the 21st century whilst retaining its traditional country pub feel and original features like beams, flagstones, exposed brick, stone walls and fireplaces. An impressive, large wood-burning pizza oven is installed in the centre of the dining area where fresh pizzas are prepared and cooked. Now serving food daily as well as breakfast Saturday's and Sunday's."

Quite welcoming I’m still on the fence if I’ll make regular. Recently Modernised. Food looks good although haven’t tried. They have a very large permanent BBQ so have high hopes for the summer

Ten of us booked for wednesday lunch, the staff where very friendly, the food was excellent, we all had various meals and not one complaint only praise, one said the cheese cake was to die for,will definitely be using the swan again

Dropped in without booking on Sunday and although the restaurant was full, they were more than happy for the 4 of us to eat in the bar section. Ordered the Roast pork and have to say its the best Sunday lunch i've had for a while. Great selection of Beer too !!!! Worth a 5 star review.

Beautiful old pub. Hard to get served at the bar, stood there for quite a while before someone called the staff out of the back. Waited by the till to pay for food, stood there looking awkward so gave up and went to the toilet. Could have easily done a runner 😃.

Went on 7th November with my son, DIL and grandson. As a vegetarian of many years I was seriously impressed with the vegan burger! Excellent! My family all had meat dishes and we all agreed the food, service and ambience was spot on! The only small criticism I had was the contemporary lighting which gave an odd orange glow which made seeing the menu a little difficult. Highly recommended little gem of a pub! 👍

Warm welcome from thr moment of stepping over the threshold. Good choice of drinks and a menu that caters for everyone. Excellent service and supremely tasty food. An absolute gem and will be revisiting again soon.

Sunday lunchtime. Very busy and glad our son had booked for 16 of us to meet up after a family wedding on the Saturday!What a lovely setting and place.The food was lovely, staff were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!Thank you.

Had our son in laws 30th birthday here for a informal get together of family and friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we were setting up and looked after us all really well. The food was great... With wood fired pizzas the winning dish as we nearly all had them. All in all a great day made better by the staff and the great job that has been done doing up the pub. Thank you The Swan!

Visited here for the first time for a birthday meal and wasn't impressed. Not much variety on the menu, when the food arrived it was bland and tasteless. Various errors made regarding bringing out the wrong food and drinks and being told would have to wait 15 mins to cook what we had originally ordered, whilst the rest of the group were eating. Couple of the waiting staff were rude and didn't really have a clue what they were doing.Icing on the cake was being charged for pints when we had half pints of drinks :( shall not be returning I'm afraid.
