Amid Palace in Nuneaton and Bedworth

5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. The staff seemed disorganised even though there were only 3 other tables being served. Food came out late and they gave us extra food (to apologise for serving the poppadoms late?) then 2 other staff later asked whether we had ordered the extra food and made us feel uncomfortable and decided not to charge us for it. I think that they also gave me the wrong type of rice but didn't care at that point. We just wanted to finish eating and leave and won't bother coming here again.It's a shame because it's easy for me to get here and the food was good but I dread to think of the service on a busy day.

Amazing! The food is so delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were lovely and it was two for one on main courses (Tuesday and Wednesday) which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Service terrible, tables seemed sticky as though they hadn't been cleaned properly, napkins were dirty, food was just ok.

First time visited this restaurant as I saw some good comments on the review. I think I never eat such a tasteless Biryani in my life. It was cold, without any freshness and biryani spices wasn't there. Biryani was more like a normal curry mixed together with normal rice few days back. I also ordered a Bar B Q (Seekh kabab) as a life saver. Unfortunately, It was also not fresh and dry. I want to suggest the management, please avoid excuses and change the cook who know how to cook at least Biryani :)

First time trying here with a takeaway, the food was cold on delivery which made it look less Appetising.The tikka "platter" for two Contained two little Pieces of chicken two little pieces of lamb and 3 drumsticks?? A Platter for 2 why 3 drumsticks?? Definitely not a platter.The Tikka masala had 5 small bits of chicken in, after waiting for an hour and a half really disappointing, Most went in the bin.Can't recommend

Dined here this week for the first time in quite a while. Not sure if there's been a change of management/chef but the food was top class. Used to be a decent enough restaurant but definitely moved up a few notches in my opinion. Keep it up.

Had a lovely evening and great meal here on a Saturday night, hadn't made a booking, yet turned up early enough to nab a table.Good service with superbly tasting food, freshly cooked and although a bit slow in the food arriving, it didn't feel like it.....well worth the wait anyhow as it was different and delicious.Great Mango Lassi, nice entree of haloumi and paneer with date and ginger chutney....The spinach dumplings were a nice texture and flavour...Mains of the lamb meatballs, Naga chicken, Keema rice and aubergine crush were so good, the pashwari naan was the freshest tasting we'd had in ages...Well worth a visit.....Enjoy

Amazing food and service. Friendly atmosphere. Without fault. Clean. Tikka masala and lamb curry. Mint yogurt gorgeous. Left with full tummy. Definitely returning. Deserves More than 5 stars

Good food. Marked down as staff were clearly inexperienced and under staffed when we visited. Young waitress very pleasant but waited 40 mins to place order, wasn’t offered poppadoms which should be pretty standard. Wasn’t offered fresh drinks and had to remind them to give us the bill after they forgot 2mins after asking for it. Service let them down on this occasion. But probably a one off. Enjoyed the fish curry though, it was very good. Bhajis tasted a bit manufactured and reheated, not freshly made.
