City Pizza in Nuneaton and Bedworth

This place used to be great but over the years they have gone bad to worse. Last time I ordered takeout, I couldn't even finish my food. Won't be ordering again

No good for fish & chips, chicken burgers etc. only good for pizza which can be hit & miss, make sure you collect though and check your order as they can get this wrong a lot too! Ownership has changed hands in past couple of years and place has gone downhill fast!

Top pizza, spice just right on the hot and spicy chicken tandoori, mega meat was bit bland but the spicy wings were top notch!!!!! Best takeaway I've had in a while, the donner was sooo fresh!!!

Ordered 4 times this year. Every single time at least 1 meal was either wrong or missing or both. Last night ordered at 4.30pm, got food at 6.30pm and my pizza was missing. They didn't even bother to resend my dinner out. The actual food is good but getting it is too hard

Delivered order was wrong, put the phone done on me 3 times as I was trying to explain the situation, asked for a refund they told me to take the food to the takeaway for the refund. Appalling customer service and not able to get orders right.Don't recommend this establishment at all, spend your money elsewhere stress free!

Very friendly staff, lots of pumpkins to choose from, good little pumpkin carving stations , will definitely be going again next year 🎃🎃🎃

Ordered chips - received cold fries. Also ordered southern fried chicken strips but received hot and spicy chicken pieces with bones. This company does not care about their customers or what they have ordered, only about the money. Not interested in when the issue was raised - avoid at all costs!

So I thought I'd give this place a second chance. Last time I received undercooked chips and they swapped them for undercooked chips. So on 3/8/21 I ordered a kebab in naan with salad. I received No salad and a pitta bread that fell apart. The chips were rock hard on the outside, soft in the middle. I repeated my order 4 times when speaking with the guy over the phone. I phoned back and told him and he blamed me. Guys steer clear especially if you've been looking forward to a takeaway!!!!!!

Waited over 1 hour for 9" pizza. Tasted not great, but not too bad. If you are hungry and anything else if closed I can recomment. Otherwise, try something else.

For UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN, this is the place! I've used for a while but recently had a couple of instances where the Piri Piri is not cooked properly, first time it was replaced but second time its my problem! at least I know where to come for food poisoning!!!Hi Owner, thank's for coming back to me. Yes you can replace my food with properly cooked Piri Piri chicken but when I asked at the time, I had my integrity questioned, your man said I used to do this at Roosterz! Only time I ever sent back food, because it was cold! I save £130 per year ordering from you (order every Friday £572 per year to you) you know my address/No as I order every Friday!!
