Domino's Pizza in Nuneaton and Bedworth

One of the best Domino's I've collected from. Extremely friendly staff and pizzas made to perfection with plenty of toppings. Sadly I was only visiting on a work visit so I doubt I'll be back. Great stuff 👍

Ordered a Large Veggie volcano & margarita pizza, arrived 15 minutes late to the time we was given & arrived cold.Veggie volcano was abysmal and the only thing that apparently makes this hot like a volcano is a few Barry hot jalapeños, you would’ve thought for such a strong name it would’ve had a hot tomato base atleast.Margarita was just average, if you bought a frozen pizza from a shop and compared them without knowing which was which then you probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.Biggest change since our last order is the tomato sauce base, this time it has no flavour, it’s like a very very cheap sauce which I can only imagine the franchise is trying to save money, but now look, you’ve lost a customer.

I tried to place an order to be delivered to Bedworth train station car park as I work on the railway as a key worker and am currently on fault response due to the bad weather we have being having causing tress to fall on the track next to Bedworth Station, I have no food or drink and am unable to leave the site incase another tree comes down, I have been told to stay here for 12 hours, im unable to leave to get any lunch so I thought I'd call and order a domino's to the station car park, you can't miss me I'm parked up in a railway van, I offered to pay over the phone upfront but they refused to deliver to me as they didn't have a home address to deliver to!... the staff and manager who I spoke to were very unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. Great to see they have such community spirit towards a key worker who is in a bit of a tough spot today whilst out dealing with storm damage to keep the railway moving like we did during the covid pandemic. No 50% off pizzas for us though, can't even get a delivery to an easy spot to find that is 2 mins up the road from them. Absolutely shocking attitude from the staff and manager.

Did have a good review on here but had to change it due to ALWAYS getting my order wrong just lately.This shop has turned into a hot mess buck up your ideas domino's because snappy is calling.

Worst place to order from. Third time in a row. Order veg supreme and you get chicken in it, order Italian base and you get thick with cheese in the base, order hot and spicy excluding beef, they intentionally add beef. Amazing how they still surviving in food world. Dominos head office will only help you with a 50% off on your next order which is same as you order online. The guys at domino see this as minor issue

Hardly any ingredients, not enough sauce on the base, crust far too big, disappointed!

Absolute joke! Driver disappeared with the food for over 20 minutes and delivered it cold and the manager was about as much help as a chocolate fireguard! It has gone downhill massively, clearly haven't a brain cell between the team, save your money and your mental health trying to deal with these morons! Never again

I made an order from this store 20/06/2021 they made it wrong and I made it order second time it was only base and tomato sauce it wasn’t there hardly cheese or toppings it was my first order from this dominos very very bad I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this store really disappointed waste of money and time it took one hour and for nothing very bad pizza

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE DOMIONS BEDWORTH THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT I ORDERED A PIZZA HAD TO WAIT OVER ONE HOUR FOR THE ORDERS AND WHEN THE ORDER HAD COME IT WAS STONE COLD WHEN CALLING THE STORE THEY SAID TO GET ANOTHER PIZZA OUT WILL TAKE ANOTHER HOUR WHERE I ASK FOR A REFUND AND THE STORE SAID THEY WILL SEND A EMAIL TO HEAD OFFICE TO GET ME A FULL REFUND AND NOW TYR HEAD OFFICE HAVE COME BACK SAYING THAT I WILL NOT GWT A REFUND AND OFFERS ME A 50% disconnect code WHAT A JOKE IF THERE WAS A 0 rating that what I would give it DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

It is incredible how fast this Dominos branch takes from receiving the order to delivering it.Very friendly and efficient staff also.Great job 👏👏👏Keep up the great work.
