Flames BBQ Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Used this place on and off for years its a hit and miss.def a miss now brought a pizza ment to be medium,well they have shrunk,20 quid na wont ever be ordering from flames again

Service definitely gone down hill.. Wrong orders

Food good, however missing items so I phoned them up kept on the phone with the receiver just left on the side and asked me 5 times what was missing and the missing items was delivered half hour later which isn't ideal , they need to get some manners when answering the phone because there attitude is shocking.

Absolutely vile chips made of play dough burger made of I assume rubber would never recommend to anyone or come back here again in all honestly garlic bread was great but everything else tasted like I’m going to have a rough morning on the toilet

Food is very tasty , authentic turkish cuisine . The only problem I have is when I ordered online the description in the menu was that all kebabs are served with chips and one can of drink which is not true . I only received the actual kebab which is fine with me but please don't deceive your customers , doesn't do you any favours and it's a shame really cause the food is actually good quality.

So we waited 1hour 10 mins for food when it arrived we were missing a child’s meal after 5 mins someone decided to answer the phone at this point we started opening food to find different things were warm or cold the man on the phone was rude and refused to do anything only refund said meal then asked me to drive there and return all food no refund repaid

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAMES I place an order that cost me 31 pounds via urber eats but the order was supposed to come between 1 and 1.25 am did not come so iv phone them up and they were rude to me they told me they try to call me 4 times which they didn't and I said I would either want a refund or delivery fresh they said it will cost me extra 3 pounds which I paid when the food did arrive the chips were horrible the donner meat was dry I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN order from there beware !!! I do not blame uber eats as I got intouch and thery were helpful I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER ONCE I KNOW WHERE I CAN

Sent wrong pizza twice and the brattish girl on the phone put the phone down after we politely informed them, we even said don't worry. Terrible. Never ordering from there again. Save your money folks!!

Tonight I ordered a take away and got plain Burger with nothing at all on it Also a chicken tikka rap That was a Discussing smell Then to top it off for dessert I got frozen cheese cake and the owner told me They only sell frozen cheese cakes and it only costs £26.50

ordered from them a lot now the driver and the person on the phone are rude and don't accept criticism, refuses to refund for the chicken wings and states that he cooks over 300 chicken wings and not one person has complained. Was a good place to eat around 5-6 months ago and now it's terrible and i'm surprised the company hasn't gone bust. They definitely not on the grind
