Absolute little gem of a place, wonderful place, lovely decor very pleasing on the eye. Set in an ambient atmosphere, the staff are very welcoming and our waitress Kimberly was excellent throughout the service. Looking forward to our next visit, thank you for a great evening 😀

Awful place to eat. Most of the menu had run out so we were on our third choices of food. Ages between courses.Asked for more cutlery and got a huge ridiculous pile of it dumped on the table. Never took our menus away so they were just scattered all over the place. My drink was supposed to come with a strawberry garnish, it arrived at the table in a can.My partners medium well done steak was so rare it was raw and full of gristle.Poor service, poor food, overpriced.

Horrific experience.Waited forever to get initially get served, then again huge waits between every course.Servers do not care at all about the poor service. The food is of an extremely poor quality.£21 for a fillet steak that was just fat and gristleSame extreme poor quality of food for all the courses we hadFood is cold and horrible, very poor quality food, badly cooked.Don’t waste your money, there are much better places, this place is an absolute waste of money!!

The service was good if only they had more food to serve. Half of the items on the menu were not available which left a very limited choice. Admittedly it was straight after Christmas but surely they would have been better closing if they didn't have supplies.

If I can give this no star's I would. Didn't have most of the food we ordered and this was at 5.30 pm. What an over priced place to go £93 for 4 of us with 2 kids and that's with out 2 of us not paying for 2 meals because they didn't have the t bone stakes we ordered so that would of been over £150. The food didn't look nice of tasted any better. £1.75 for a dash of lemonade. Not going again

We were quite a large booking for a birthday party, the restaurant was quite busy. However it was a Thursday early evening. The service was good, the food was quite nice. Unfortunately the steaks were all cold! Which for a steak house is very disappointing. Would I recommend, it was better than McDonald's, would I go again, if necessary.

We visited for a meal on 18th December at 5pm. Firstly we stood for 6 minutes at the entrance before anyone even came to greet us. We were told there was a delay because it was a new shift team starting. We were then shown to a table in a nice spot. Huge list of unavailable menu items on the table was a bit off-putting, but we found things that we wanted. Server came over but wasn't wearing a mask the whole time we were there. She also seemed like she did not want to be there at all. I asked for the ribs, which she said was unavailable (even though this was not on the list of unavailable items). Starter came out quickly and was fine. Quite a long wait for mains and mine was stone cold (I had 1/2 chicken in the end). I let the server know and she took the plate and said she would get a fresh one. When she came back about 10 minutes later, the plate was extremely hot and all the food was the same, so it had obviously just been shoved in the microwave. This made the chicken very dry and rubbery, the corn was mushy and the whole plate was extremely unappetising. I was also put off with the chicken being reheated as I am 6 months pregnant and have to be careful of things like that. When the server came back to ask if things were better, I asked if it had just been microwaved and she lied and said no. I said I would just leave the food at that point as my friend had nearly finished and the server just walked off! No apology, no offer of something else. When we asked for the bill, they had not taken my meal off, which we found bizarre! Attitude was appalling. Will not return.

Daughter was bowling nearby and as reported in the media the hospitality industry is struggling against the recent covid issues. Precooked via their website and showed up on time. Was shown to table and drinks order was taken. I noticed it was not overly busy. Advised that our server would be with us soon to take food order. For the next 25 minutes I watched 4 tables have their food order taken. No drinks delivered to our table and no server to take our food order. We walked out. If this is the hospitality industry in crisis then good luck to them.We won’t be back!

Very disappointing. All meals were cold and two of them were served wrong. In defence the manager did discount the bill but by then it was far too little too late to change the experience .Another criticism was that the drinks were expensive could not wait to get out the door and leave this place and will not go back in a hurry what a shame. Staff did their best but to no avail as the wait time was long. Although it was boxing day not good enough

Booked for a table of 8 last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Waitress and front of house were very attentive. Our table wasn't quite ready as we were slightly early so we were shown to the bar and collected promptly when it was. Food order taken and arrived very quickly with added extras of roast potatoes gravy and Yorkshire puddings. Only picky comment was it could have been a little warmer but apart from that good quality food and perfect service.
