Prices are fair and the icecreams are absolutely delicious. Service is great and the decor and ambience are perfect for families

Great place to get an ice cream desert. Friendly staff, good selection and nice atmosphere.

We visited in April this year and service was appalling. Manageress was rude and unhelpful. Forget to give us parts of our order even though we were the only customers eating in at the time and when we asked for the items they’d missed they made it as difficult as possible and basically made out we’d had them. Complained back in April had no response to date. Will not return and defo wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve had dessert from here couple of time now and tbh it’s not what it lives up too it’s very poorly prepared and the shakes are just not shakes very poor

Last few times we have had from Kaspas has been disappointing. Ice cream crystallised, ice cream missing, taking payment for cookie dough and then making us choose something else.

Kaspas Nuneaton - visited on Sunday evening. There were 4 staff members and including our table of 4, a total of 6 customers. They only managed to make 3 out of the 4 desserts and 3 out of 4 drinks ordered. By the time the last waffle came out 2 people had finished. Staff were unapologetic and unhelpful. Blamed the number of orders on screen although we were the only table that had an order in. An expensive and not enjoyable treat for the family. Would not recommend and will not be visiting again.

I have ordered several times from Kaspas in the past. However, this time my experience has made me hesitant to return again.Firstly, we ordered and discovered that the ice cream was missing from one of the orders after collection. We called several times in order to rectify the issue, however no one answered the phone. We went to the store again to resolve the issue, whereupon the matter was sorted. However, there was no explanation for why the phone was ignored just minutes earlier in an empty store. It seemed as though they couldn't care less. There were no apologies for this.Secondly, there seems to be no value for money, with portion sizes having been reduced greatly. And the ice cream no longer comes as a complimentary item with the waffles. This seems extremely poor value for money. The waffles were mediocre at best. The crepe we ordered was almost inedible, it had a thick almost rubbery consistency. The soft-serve ice cream was it's only saving grace.Overall, extremely disappointed with my experience there and will not be ordering again.Would give this zero stars if I could. But I can't post the review without rating it.

First time visit to Kaspas, wasn’t too sure what to expect other than waffles and that’s exactly what we got! Had a cinnamon mocha which wasn’t too hot, but drinkable. Then a banoffee chocolate waffle which was super sweet, but also super tasty. Too much to eat so had the rest in a takeaway box. My partner had the Apple crumble waffle and finished it off as it was hot and delicious. Service was ok, the team seemed busy and active with customers in the shop and a few online/takeaway orders coming through. Although you wait to be seated, you have to go to the counter to order. It’s not table service so don’t wait around!

Service is good and it looked nice on the plate but the crepes were very hard to cut. Fresh cream would of been nicer than squirty cream. Not worth the money.

Went there and it was empty and really enjoyed the desserts. Place is cosy and the seats are very spacious considering we went in there with a pushchair. Service was quick and we loved our desserts. Would recommend to anybody who loves desserts. Will definitely go back to try other things from their big menu.
