KFC in Nuneaton and Bedworth

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The fries I've ordered were unsalted so I went to the counter only to find out they have no salt. I said they should inform about stuff like that before an order is placed (I've ordered over the counter) to which a lady responded "and what do you want me to do with this? Run to a store to get salt?". Absolute joke this place, never again!!!

Not great service I asked for no ice in my drink and I was given ice so I had to return to the shop, the server then stood waiting for other food to be cooked for other customers for a while instead of doing a 20 sec job of refilling a cup, I had to ask someone else to do it which he did immediately. Poor service more trying needed for staff to know how to deal with customers properly

Chicken on burger was dry and hard but everything else was OK. I've been before and had better.

Absolutely terrible food ordered rice box meal only came with salad wrong chicken ordered plain came spicy very dried chicken sons popcorn chicken was hard and awful… waited nearly 15 minutes at first window to be told to drive to the other window to be greeted by a young girl pulling sarcastic faces.

Food took nearly an hour to be ready after ordering on the touch screen, food came out cold and missing items staff were very stressed and arguing in the kitchen, the food was OK. Whoever runs this franchise needs to get more staff in the kitchen as I don't think the staff themselves were the problem but a lack of people power. Will not be visiting again unless I hear that this site has improved its staffing and running smoothly, if you want KFC go to the one near the train station.

Ordered several meals on Christmas eve only to find when I got home that there was several peaces of chicken missing from my order, I did phone and complain only to be asked to return the meal and have it all replaced. That was inconvenient as we had already been out an hour to order and waiting time. To be honest it looked very chaotic in there with orders being processed for customers and deliver roo it no wonder mistakes are made.

Young lad on till was pleasant and helpful. However, service was slow, food was served cold and some bits of the order was missing. The queuing system was confusing.

Unfortunately kfc has disappointed at 8:09pm we ordered two boneless banquets box means including large fries 3 boneless mini fillets and popcorn chicken. We went through the drive through, then got home opened what we ordered but only to find no popcorn chicken In either of the box meals. This is unfortunate as we were charged £8.08 for each and didn’t come up to our standards with no popcorn chicken we were really disappointed and we think you can do better.

Not great experience, staff too busy arguing to serve. Then the girl claimed she didn't know how to work the till, explaining that she normally works in the kitchen. Completely disorganised, the lad in charge seemed to be about 14!My wraps were so hard and crunchy, I cracked most of it off and threw it in the bin! Won't bother visiting again, will go in the other direction to my other semi-local KFC.

Poor service over 30min wait for a chicken burger. The delivery company's pushed in front for orders. I am sure a delivery company had my chicken burger away. I only picked to go KFC for some fast food ended been late for my appointment. It does not seem hygienic the dirty delivery company bags going on the counter. The counter had no anti back clean in the time I was their looks like a ideal place for supper spreading.
