Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Always available for quick food 24hrs everyday. I have been there every day of the week very late and very early in the morning and they are always ready to serve you.

I was very disappointed after ordering through Mac Donald’s app, had to wait for 30 minutes for the food to be ready. In the end I thought I should have used drive through. Expected that the app order to be ready when I arrived at the restaurant .

Very busy McDonald's but I didn't have to wait much and it was nice a and hot. Come here a lot. Always great fast service.

Wasn't expecting a busy wait at 2am. I've just got home after a 25-30 minute wait for the food in the drive through. Got home and they've given me a coffee when I ordered a hot chocolate. Cold fries too. Look, I can let things slide because it's a McDonalds but I'm writing this so bloody disappointed with my wasted coffee that went down the drain and my cold fries after a 25-30 wait. Dreadful service!

Usually have a fairly good experience at this restaurant both dine in and drive thru. On this occasion the drinks were under filled and our quarter pounder appeared to be made with the top and bottom of a big mac bun as it was tiny in comparison to to the beef patty. As it was a drive thru order, we were home before we realised. A little bit disappointed but it wasn’t the end of the world. The rest of the order was fine and the service was fairly speedy.

Fast efficient, friendly staff, is it my imagination or was this a bit pricier than other McD's ? Don't suppose a quid extra across 2 meals matters, or does it ?

Went to drive through. 5 mins to home once we got ourfood - fries under cooked soggy and cold, big Mac barely warm. Very very disappointing

Given this one 3 stars. The restaurant was very clean, the service was super quick! My only issue is that the drive through area was so over packed, the cars blocked all the walk In routes so we found it hard to get in the store safely on foot and then the inside was crammed, no where to sit we had to sit outside under an umbrella. there really should be something to stop overcrowding and some one keeping the cars in control

I ordered food via Just eat from this restaurant. I could see that the driver was waiting for a long time for the food, when it finally got delivered to me, it was late and cold, and there were no straws for any of the drinks I had ordered. OK, it's Friday evening, they're busy, but that's a poor show basically, for the almost 30 quid I have paid. They have a drive-thru, customers inside, and a steady queue of delivery drivers, they clearly can't cope. Avoid.

Amazing customer service from manager at Nuneaton sure at 2-2:30 am today. She kept calm and collective after a rude driver in front of us beeping his horn the whole way around as he was clearly intoxicated. For all the hassle at that time of day the manager gave us some free chips ! But she was lovely bless her I felt so bad for them all dealing with him but they did the best they could ! 5/5 defo recommend it was our first time using this maccies so will be using it again!
