Pizza Hut in Nuneaton and Bedworth

found them a bit dodgy, rang up to see if they cross contaminate; according to the website they are not supposed to but when rang i store, the lady said “yes we do”.. rang back up again asked to speak to a manager, she couldn’t understand my question of “ do you cross contaminate” she kept asking me to refer to the allergens online, i told her nobody has any allergens.. just kept going round and round.. would not order from here after hearing this.

Ordered pizza and sides. Its been nearly an hour and a half and still no food even though delivery said 20 minutes. We have we spend 20 minutes on hold trying to ring the restaurant. Absolute joke. Highly wouldn't recommend ordering from here.Edit: food turned up 2 hours late, was on hold for nearly 45 minutes and the food was cold...

Restaurant sent out raw loaded wedges. On top of that we ordered the non chicken version. Chicken was delivered and we're vegetarians. Spoke to pizza hut they don't care. They're blaming just eat yet pizza hut prepped the food

Ordered a two large classic crust pizza deal, it arrived late and the crust was like cardboard with stale ingredients, over cooked to hide the quality of the ingredients. Garlic bread stale dry and over cooked. Complained to PizzaHut directly and all they offered was to talk to the managers and credit me with their ‘pizza slice’ loyalty scheme.Really disgusted with the quality of the food and lack of care from their head office. I will not eat or order at Pizza Hut again.Edit. after a couple more emails requesting a senior manager intervention, I got my money back. I don’t think I will order from Pizza Hut again though.

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to order but I prefer Pizza Hut pizza to any other and I’m so glad I tried. The food arrived on time, was piping hot and cooked to perfection. The delivery driver was a lovely chap and very polite 😊

Customer service and attitude from the female who answers the phone is shocking how she has a job is beyond me. Very often do I complain about someone's competence to do a job but dealing with the public is not for her. Ordered via just eat pizza came totally wrong and with toppings 1 person had an allergy to. Drinks ordered and paid for came small when large was ordered. Phoned up and spoke to a female member of staff who told me to just deal with it and if I had a problem to contact just eat or write a letter of complaint. does this person not understand what would of happened if the person with an allergy had eaten the pizza? border line of death by negligence!! this is serious where food is involved with allergies. when asked what was going to be done about the wrong pizza the staff member stated "Nothing its not her problem" "We aint sending a replacement we are to busy you need to just deal with it". There was no apology or anything and was told if I had a problem to call just eat or write to pizza hut customer services. If this is the kind of staff pizza hut employe nowadays me and a lot of others will be avoiding and in the current situation of the world is how a business quickly goes bust.

Ordered pizza over the internet for collection. Arrived and pizza was ready. Efficient service. Not very happy with the fact a Sainsbury's employee from the shop next door went inside the kitchen entrance, pulled down his mask and started talking loudly to staff inside. No excuse for allowing this sort of behaviour. Water droplets travel in the air - if we don't know that by now we never will! Guys keep yourselves and your customers safe. This isn't a rehearsal. This pandemic is the real deal!

Ordered a spicy beef pizza tonight. I wad hesitent to use this pizza shop due to the teething troubles they seemed to have at the start of business in nuneaton, but after giving them a chance tobight it all worked out well. The pizza was tasty and well made and delivered on tume.Justt one tiny tip for the pizza shop, pls invest in hot boxes, so when it arrives to the door, it is oven hot. Do that, and i will be a weekly customer.Guys, give them a shot, their pizza was warm and lovely.

Nice cheesy bites pizza which arrived on time through the Deliveroo service with a very helpful rider. Would definitely order from this Hut again and highly recommend if you want to try something cheap and cheerful.

Ordered Pepperoni Pizza & Hawaii Pizza and the best thing is the Lady made it to deliver it on time.
