Starbucks in Nuneaton and Bedworth

I ordered my drink but was given the wrong one.. staff do speak very quietly and to other members whilst serving so poor communication on both parts

Visited today 19/06/22 toilets ok BUT no soap and no toilet paper no excuse are we just coming out of a pandemic or whatConsidering there only being 1or2 people in there with 5 staff on duty alot of the tables and chairs were dirty with cups and plates on them and rubbish strewn over the floorCome on Starbucks get your act together and make this a place to visitBy the way the coffee was only average

Excellent food and courteous staff. Very well maintained location and always fresh food served. What else can you ask for?

Coffee tasted like milk, if you want a coffee that tastes like coffee I suggest going McDonald's next door, much nicer.

Whoever was taking my order through the drive-through was repeatedly asking me to speak louder (probably she could not hear me properly, which I understand). I said it louder a few times but still she could not hear it and when I said, "omg" (because i was already saying it louder), she was like, "excuse me" (paused for literally 10 seconds).That was a very sarcastic feeling.I would argue with them about this, but I don't want to ruin my day for cheap stuff.Imagine if them workers were a customer and treated the same way in a cafe or restaurant, they would not feel welcome or would they.

Coffee wondeful, car park have to enter reg for but staff do not point out. Better service if they just mentioned. Would only take a sec as no queues. Plenty of staff available..

It's a Starbucks. Visit one and you've visited them all, really... Pleasant staff? Check. Quick service? Check. Clean and tidy? Check. Loads of Millenials working on their laptops with no sense of self-awareness? Check.

I work across form this Starbucks and usually there's no where to relax on site, so I decided to go have a hot cocoa and lemon slice. As always the music was on point, the staff were friendly, and I had plenty comfy chairs to choose from. Always a win.

My sister-in law just had a very racist experience at this Starbucks around 11:00 am on 04/07/2021. She had been waiting 15 minutes to be served in this time the lady at the counter served four other cars through the drive thru and another customer who was waiting after her. When confronted as to why she wasn’t served the woman had the audacity to say what have you ordered, knowing well that she had not served.We have never experienced anything like this at a Starbucks before. I hope management see this review and take that foul human being to task.This is a very upsetting experience especially since we don’t live in the area.Upon questioning about management she said she was oblivious to any management details.

Very clean. But another terrible coffee frappe. All ice and no flavour. Too many hit and miss frappes. Barista told us to ask server to go "easy on the ice" in future. But not sure were prepared to waste money again. 7.40?? For a small and medium to not enjoy.
