Turtle Bay in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Above average for a restaurant chain. It’s good fun and the food is above average.We went on a Sunday evening as a belated birthday treat for my daughter. It was surprisingly busy and had a good atmosphere.I suspect the kitchen was a bit understaffed as the food was a little slow coming but the waitress was friendly and kept apologising for this.The jerk ribs and chicken were good, for my taste there was too much barbecue sauce on the ribs though but this was easily scraped off.This isn’t the best Caribbean restaurant I’ve eaten at but it’s a good value good quality chain waging I’d go to again

We got here half an hour early and we got seated straight away even though it was very busy. The food was very nice,cooked to perfection, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely be back. I would strongly recommend to book a table as it does get busy with group bookings

Was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and super-quick service at Turtle Bay. The place is clearly very popular, with a pre-night out atmosphere on the weekends with the food boosting the spirits even more, as the ‘Soul Menu’ promises. I would highly recommend the jerk chicken and rice alongside a draft pint of Red Stripe to wash it down 👌 . Well priced, well delivered — 5 stars from me ⭐️

Delicious food and fabulous service! Our server Jai was lovely, caring and helped contribute to an overall amazing evening. Food was very tasty and I would definitely recommend and return again in future. The ribs were very succulent and the meat just fell off the bone. The creamy pasta was yummy too. Great atmosphere on a Saturday night perfect for a date night. Lovely location next to the cathedral ruins, that’s even more picturesque at night time.

Great food, friendly and welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere, can't complain really. We had a lovely time when we went put and had no problems with any of our orders. However, you could have a little bit of a wait during busier times.

Made the most of the Bottomless Brunch with bottomless cocktails and other drinks. Kelly the waitress was amazing. She really enhanced the experience for us ensuring we made the most of the deal and was really helpful and friendly. We really felt looked after. Food and cocktails really nice and the atmosphere was chilled with lots of brilliant reggae music. Good selection of cocktails. The manager was really friendly too asking if we had enjoyed our experience. The outside area looks nice for the summer too.

Google maps are a bit akward with Turtle Bay Coventry. Walks you to a building and shows you to end up on the other side of it, tought it will take some effort to find it, however it wasn't a problem.So it was my first time here, the atmosphere was lovely. It was really busy, but the staff was still friendly, I know how hard they all have worked.The food was yummy.Would definitely recommend to visit

I cut my thumb due to my bicycle chain coming off, walked in and asked a gentleman at the door about the location of their toilets, he pointed me at the right direction. As I was trying to stem the bleeding by the sinks at gents toilet a member of staff with floral shirt asked if I was okay and needed help, I explained the situation and he asked me to follow him. Gave me 2 plasters and showed me the disabled toilets to clean myself. I was there to meet some colleagues and only 1 turned up. We sat by the bar, had 2 pints of red stripe while watching the bar staff in an amazement, so fast yet, so helpful to one another. We realized that we got stood up by the rest of the colleagues and explained our situation to the gentleman at the door, he let us have a table for 2. The waiting staff were all very pleasant. One name I remember is Jai. The food was adequate, one's used to getting stuffed but this one was adequate, later another colleague joined us. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant. Excellent vegetarian option. Would recommend for younger clientele. The place was buzzing! If it's too loud, you are too old! Comes to one's mind. Thank for helping me.😁

Had a wonderful time visiting with my family. The outdoor lift for disabled people is very hit and miss, it took ages to get it working in the rain.However, the waitress was lovely and the food was fantastic. Everything was well presented and very tasty ! Overall a lovely place.

So the new Turtle Bay in Coventry is INCREDIBLE - both the food and staff were amazing! Genuinely extremely friendly staff ⭐Absolutely floored by the quality of the dishes, from the starters to desserts. Still thinking about that cheesecake
