Win Wo House in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Placed a order for 6.05 it turned up at 5.25 we had to refuse the order as the elderly people where no ready to eat so the drive took it back they reheated all the food up chips was hard food was sticky and dry as we spend £85 with no free prawn crackers.I contacted the take and was told there nothing I can do about it £85 pound of OAP money not exeptable avoid at all costs.

Used for years, not what it used to be, last order 2 hours late. rude and no apology. Will never use again.

the food is normally very good,but sadly ,on this occasion it was terrible. I had a curry which was all gloopy, and tasteless .

Good quality Chinese that takes card payments! Never had bad food from here.

I absolutely love win wo chips and gravy the gravy is so tasty, i also love the sweet and sour chicken balls, but mostly I love the service, the person on the phone is always more than helpful and so so lovely

Very polite staff, very clean takeaway, food was delivered within 20 mins after, I' phoned for my order and the food was delivered in about 10 / 15 minutes and it was very hot, very delicious, and I'd give the WIN WO HOUSE 10/10 OR 5 ✨

Had a big order for a family party. All the food came correct, piping hot, tasted fantastic, and generous portions. Delivered exactly when requested and with a smile. Would recommend to anyone

Ordered here for the first time came hot and the curry dish was spot on the best one I've had in a very long time.My partner had the crispy chicken with salt, chilli and pepper with the same style chips although nice he said it wasn't spicy at all.Will be ordering again thou - thank you.

The meal was gorgeous and we were told that it would come within 45 minutes but it came in 30 minutes, which was great! My only issue is the girl who came to the door didn't have a mask or gloves on so I had to thoroughly wash my hands because she handed me the food directly, instead of leaving on the doorstep and she had to physically give me change also, as they don't take card. Please make sure your staff are adhering to the COVID19 procedures in future so we all stay safe!

Absolutely disgusting food, worst Chinese I've ever had. The chow mein was oily and sloppy, the rice had clearly been reheated more than once and was therefore burnt and dry, the sauce had been packed sideways and leaked all over everything and the paid for prawn crackers were missing! Manager cut me off mid sentence, refusing to permit just eat to refund me in full. Do not waste your money, order from anywhere but here! Massive disappointment.
