Caffe Nero - Redditch in Redditch

I am a regular customer at the Redditch Cafe Nero branch, the coffee is great but what really brings me back are the staff. Becky and frank are brilliant. Becky always has a smile on her face and always makes you feel welcome. 100% reccommend

Had a doctors appointment arrived early so we had a americano each and walnut and banana cake slice each sat outside in my wheelchair for ease but even though it was windy and a bit chilly we were warmed by the lovely coffee and cake cheered us up before doctors appointment!!! Vicki

Becky such a lovely lady well presented and very friendly The place it self is well done and got loads of comfy chairs to choose from Located just outside the Redditch indoor shops The coffee has such a nice dark taste ☕

A comfortable coffee shop, but I'm not keen on their brand of coffee. Just personal taste.

Very friendly polite staff always happy to talk and have a laugh with good service very clean very few dirty bits but you expect that with people coming and going like finger prints I know it can't be helped as I'm in the same kind of industry

Brought my mom and 2 yr old here, service was as quick as to be expected when they could only have 1 server behind the counter due to social distancing. The coffee was lovely and my daughter loved having her own chocolate milk in a takeaway cup like ours, which was served at a perfect temp for her

Beautiful place for a relaxing drink. The food is great especially the red velvet cake. The tables could do with cleaning off of excess cups & plates, but it is a lovely decorated place with nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
