Chopstix in Redditch

It does seem that change is not always good. New owners, new recipes, new prices (higher by quite a bit). All of these will not help get new customers, but instead lose more. You should listen to the feedback if you wish to have a successful business/place.

Not the same chopstix. Bought out or upgraded and the food is different, put the price up and give you less toppings and the portions don't mount up to what you pay for. Shocking as I used to eat at this place whenever we visited Redditch. To no surprise I can see why the queue has disappeared. Female staff there seem moody as well. Avoid.

Not the same now under new owners. Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk and the variety available pitiful. Used to buy from chopstix regularly but won't be going back again.

Taken over by new people. The original owners cooked tasty Chinese food, so gutted they have gone. They have taken some tasty dishes off the menu and increased the price by £1.25 per food box. The server was really stingy with the chicken portions.It doesn’t taste authentic any more. Really disappointed.Won’t be back 😔

Just ordered my first meal from Chopstix as a takeaway, after having food envy over my boyfriend getting it months ago and not telling me where it was from :’( can say it is definitely worth the hype !! Whilst expensive (£10.95 for a medium meal) you get a lot of food for one person. A whole tub of rice, three different toppings of chicken and about 15 - 20 spring rolls. The chicken was delicious and I’m still working my way through the rice which I’ll probably be having for dinner as well. I really recommend trying this place, it’s nice to have a Chinese place around

Gone way down hill every things changed all the flavours gone all seem bland had a curry and just look how many onions are in small portion half chunks. they removed the kid’s mealsMy advice is avoid this place. Shame as I always looked for to chopsticks when we visited Redditch

Used to be the best place to go for miles for price and value and now its just not it. Old owners were lovely, food was 11/10, the portion was huge and the price was a solid £5 for a medium and the choice was plenty with moist chicken. The new one gave us the smallest portion in a tint box, the old flavors were not there and the amount of vegetables mixed in with chicken was too much. Flavour was bland and the rice too some new rice not good. BRING THE OLD OWNERS BACK!!

Absolutely shocking 😳These numptys don't knw what they are doing..Why change things when it was perfectly fine and the quality of food was great..absolutely poor compared to the old Team...Price is disgusting compare to quality and portions provided..grand opening with balloons for no reason lolNo queue at all compared to the old chopstix massive queue all the time...They won't last long!!!!!

This place sucks. Chopsticks used to an incredible place to eat, now the food is more akin to dog food. Chicken was coated in a rancid jelly substance, had one bite before throwing into the bin. Wont be eating here here again, unless the orignal owners return.

It used to be amazing but now it’s absolutely awful, wouldn’t recommend!Prices have increased and portion sizes have decreased.The chicken is OK but no where near what it used to be and the noodles are now dreadful. I basically paid over the odds for a Chinese microwave meal that Sainsburys sell for half the price.
