Coffee#1 Redditch in Redditch

Really good atmosphere and very cosy. Prices match to the quality of the food and drinks in there. I’d also like to mention that a worker in there called Savannah went above and beyond today for me and my family and was also super friendly and helpful, especially when helping me with the menu as I am dyslexic. Very happy with my first experience here. Will be coming back.

Coffee was good, however that one with the colourful hair was very rude when I asked for whipped cream on my beverage. Rolling her eyes! Unacceptable service, despite drinks being good. May return on days the colourful one isn’t there!

Had the lotus cheese cake the bottom was soggy don't know how long it had been sitting there as the other cheese cakes were going dark on the edges looked like they'd been there a few days, but the rest of it was nice. Love their breakfast range will definitely be coming to try that! My mocha was nice but I wish the staff were a bit more friendly :( also they really should have a sign out front informing people they are card only so you're prepared before you get to the til and only have cash on you, could be very embarrassing!

Sadly not up to its usual standard.Had a strawberry and cream frappe.It wasn't very good it tasted like milk with a blob of cream. Very disappointing. Love coffee 1 usually great. Also hubby had an iced latte he said it wasn't the best. Also paid for large they weren't large ☹

When I visit from Australia my sister and I go to Coffee#1 Redditch on a Monday morning as we enjoy their coffee. The staff have changed a number of times but there is a young lady called Rachael who performs her duties ABOVE and BEYOND expectation. The cafe is constantly busy and Rachael smiles and professionally goes about her duties. We have seen her a number of times clearing tables etc during her break! I do hope Coffee#1 realise what an outstanding employee they have and she is rewarded accordingly. The last week of my holiday she was on leave so I did not get to say cheerio. We were so pleased when we discovered Coffee #1 in the Kingfisher, as Redditch doesn't have much to offer in the way of good coffee and eats. Lovely relaxed atmosphere; you can drink their excellent coffees on a stylish wooden bench, whilst reading the newspapers & magazines they provide. Their coffee is wonderful, really good quality, especially the caramel macchiato... their cakes etc however may look yummy but unfortunately they're rather mediocre, which is a shame. Just because something looks fabulous doesn't mean it actually tastes good. Please create better quality sweet treats and savouries, as your coffee is amazing!

Love this coffee shop. Coffee is amazing and the service is so friendly. The only downside is it doesn't have enough seats to accommodate it's popularity, which speaks volumes for its quality and service. The cakes here are fantastic. Also you can take away roasted and ground coffee to feed your plants for free. Great way of reducing waste. One of the few things I miss about Redditch.

You couldn't find nicer and more polite staff in Redditch, even if you try. The place offers a clean, comfortable well spaced tables and chairs. Their coffee product is OK but not great. Their coffee is bitter in my opinion even their special blend one, but I still go because of their faultless service and comfortable & inviting environment.

If you fancy a change from the normal coffee chains then this is well worth trying. A fantastic range of coffee but even more to tempting is the great range of cakes and pastries with also a decent savoury selection too!Tip: Get a Kingfisher Centre Loyalty Card for a 10% discount
