Kfc in Redditch

I'm fed up if items missing from our orders. Whether we drive through! Deliveroo or go in to take away. I shouldn't have to che k the bags before I leave the restaurant or let the driver leave. I even tried to leave a complaint online but it wouldn't let me. Then tried to ring up but lines were closed!!!! This is ride they only seemed to be bothered with the Delivery side of the orders and even then they still can't get that right!!!!

Efficient drive through ordering. Good food. Still hot when we got home

It's OK here it's sometimes more greasy then others.The staff are OK but could be good if spoke louder and clearer

10pm Saturday evening, queue at the drive-thru but always impressed by Mo’s service. Friendly and professional under pressure. Definitely management material. Great guy.

I had a to right a review today. We went through the drive thru for dinner. The guy at the window was amazing! Asked us about our day. Helped us with our order and special offers. He was a breath of fresh air! And food was great!

The box meal was in a bag side ways and the gravy pot was obviously not closed so it went everywhere when we opened it. Not particularly happy. Taste good though.

Just ordered a delivery for 4 people so quite a big one but when it arrived only had 3 fries instead of the 5 fries that we had PAID for. No point in phoning to complain as we have to go and fetch them and the rest of the order is cold. What a joke!!! If you’re going to offer a service then at least be able to complete your side of the deal

Normal standard take away venue with nothing bad or nothing exceptionally good. Noticed some conflicting info on the posters relating to the Box Trilogy ‐ make sure you claim your side!
