I booked this hotel for my colleagues, they have advised the rooms were very pleasant; unfortunately they were unable to get an evening meal which meant they had to go elsewhere at late notice. They had a drink in the bar, asked what time the restaurant served until and were advised 9pm, having gone up to their rooms to shower, they returned to the bar at 8pm and were advised the restaurant had closed because "it was quiet" and they would not be able to get any food. I then had to calm my colleague down at 8:15pm and advise that I would cover additional cost of taxis to eat elsewhere if required.

Food was great, a little pricey but I cannot fault the food. The service was very good too. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff are kind, funny and considerate. Completely made the stay a pleasure. It’s a shame more professionals in the hospitality industry don’t have what they have. The room was clean and functional and a great price. Nice pub attached, which was quite pricey for the food we had but an overall pleasant stay.

This Is 5 Star Service In A Place You Would Never ExpectListen this is a chain pub restaurant but the food is great and the prices are really good. But what separates it from the rest is the staff and their service. Now I know people don't like opinionated entertaining staff who know what they are talking about. But for me in this kind of environment this makes for a great evening. Keep up the good work folks and keep encouraging this kind of service Marstons

Went for my birthday, got drinks almost right away, but then we waited 25 minutes, finished our first drinks, no one came up to take our order!!!! And it wasn't that busy....We just went and paid for our drinks and left to go to beefeater redditch....got seated, served drinks and order taken all in 10 minutes, and its quite busy in beefeater... the staff was lovely at meadow farm though, just not attentive enough!

Lovely place but the head waiter loves the sound of his own voice. Tall thin bloke with a beard and tattoos (would say late 20s). He made us and our little kids feel very intimidated; as well as other tables. He kept coming over, hanging over the table whilst trying to be clever on their house specialties. He also kept trying to influence our orders by asking "Are you sure that's what you want?". Ruined the experience for us.Will probably be back in future; when hopefully he won't be on shift.

Booked a table Tues evening for daughters 13th birthday. (we usually come most years here for her birthday meal she has asd and likes to go to the same place) Arrived and waited ages to even be acknowledged/seated. Table not prepared so another long wait for menus, had to ask twice. Drinks took ages to arrive. Ordered food (another long wait) 3 meals came out, poorly presented, no where near worth the price paid and tasted disgusting. Could have cooked meals at home better. Daughters meal was sent back to be replaced with a burger ( thought they can't go wrong) Her meal never arrived! Complete lack of communication. We left and ended up taking daughter to McDonald's. Paid £35 for what we had but I'm disgusted her birthday treat ruined. Manager was milling around but clearly couldn't be bothered to come over and left it to the poor waiter who couldn't apologise enough. All 3 meals should have been comped. Never again will I set foot in Meadow Farm and I would strongly advise others to stay away too especially if it's a special occasion.

Arriving at the hotel at approx 6pm, we were greeted by a sign saying to collect the key from the adjacent pub. Walking into the pub, the first obvious thing was the group of about 6-10 very drunk and incredibly loud and crass men. They were shouting horrible swear words at each other and continued to do so for about an hour. That aside, the drinks menu we were given had no prices on - we know what they sell in bars - what we're interested in is how much things cost. The meal we were served (just before 8pm when the kitchen closed) was at best barely acceptable and I wouldn't order another based on that. We were then told that last orders at the bar were at 10.30pm - disappointing when we went out for my birthday and it was a Friday night. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean/warm and for the price, I couldn't fault it. Would I go back? well for the price of the room yes. I guess we were unlucky with the rowdiness in the bar and it was late when we ordered food.

Arrived for breakfast following my father in laws funeral, staff were most friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and we loved that we could help ourselves to drinks cereals and toast. Special thanks to the lady with dark hair (sorry didn't get a name) she was friendly and humerous throughout which is what we needed. We will definitely be back 😊

I was here for about 9 days, is a nice place, big enough rooms, not the best views as you are in the middle of nowhere, but you can see a lot of squirrels in the morning, you can do shopping few minutes away. The hotel is not that expensive but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. I have nothing to complain about.
