Mcdonald's Oakenshaw in Redditch

Waited 20 minutes for my order and it was wrong. Blatantly apparent that McDonald's no longer want people eating inside.Drive through and takeaway buzzing but no old fashioned service.Perhaps tax them for encouraging people to stay on their backsides rather than get up and walk

Have only given 4 stars due to the management of chaos here. Clearly not enough parking space to accommodate how busy this one is.. Good coffee and pleasant service

Quite the worst service I've ever received. You have to order on a screen ( but no signs telling you this) then my coffee was left going cold while all staff ignored it, and me, as so busy fulfilling orders for delivery drivers. Same happened to another lady. Do not bother going here unless you work for Deliveroo etc

Diabolical service and food every time we visit. Never again! We que in the drive thru for approx 20 mins every visit. When you do finally get your order (if your lucky enough not to be told to wait in a carpark bay for it) its always cold. We then usually have to take it back in to be replaced which takes them another half hour while you stand and wait. I mean they cant even make a cheese burger properly, the one we got today was falling out the wrapper and looked like it had been sat on! Disgusting. Why offer delivery? you cant serve it hot in store you clowns.

I went to McDonald’s Monday night, ordered whatever as we were waiting the MANAGER as it seemed put his hands into someone’s food bag, ate some food, I didn’t see what food, and said “ quality check, make sure it’s not mouldy” as he did so I made eye contact with him and gave him a look of disgust. And he scattered round the corner like a child running away, to be honest I think this is rank. Eating people food. Definitely not in line with food hygiene standards. Made me sick. And typical as this McDonald’s didn’t get any sauces. Even tho they asked me if I wanted sauce…. Makes no sense realky. This McDonald’s is actually dreadful

Bought 5 chicken selects via the drive through and drove 10min home. Very dissatisfied with what was in the box. The chicken pieces were long and thin. The batter was dry and hard and the meat was dry as well. These looked old and they went straight into the dog! Tried to phone and complain but no answer and call cut off. Extremely poor food!

Very very slow on the drive through - 30 minutes! at a peak time though, but should be better equipped to keep up! Iced frappucino had ice chunks so big I couldn't drink it through the flimsy paper straw and only 5 nuggets in a 6 nugget meal! Considering the price of it, it should be bang on but there we go!

Really amazing customer service! Had an issue with our online order so came in to speak to the team, i understand it being busy things go wrong sometimes, but Dan was really helpful and sorted it out for us no problem! When we got our food it was really good quality and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks again Dan and the team for being so understanding, friendly and helpful!!

Ordered on board and paid at the board. Table was nice and clean. Order was brought to table. Staff were very nice and helpful and service was excellent. Service with a cheery smile.Made to feel very welcome. Granddaughter loved her high seat.

I really love how they take care of clients line by not sending everything that was ordered, and that inovate way of packing medium and large fries (they were pale and hardly warm, but you know, it's summer - maybe they wanted to cool us down a bit?).In case you don't see that's sarcasm - yup, it is. I don't recommend to order here if you are hungry or expect quality.
