Mister Pizza in Redditch

Awful service constant swear do not use I hope this service does awfully I hope this place closes down

I'm sorry first time I was trying to order won't take cash on delivery when did this changed you loss my business

do not order from here ordered sfc and it still has blood in it I highly suggest that people rethink ordering form here as it is not the first time they have done this.

Disgusting customer service - these guys have left the order outside in the rain and didn't inform us that they were delivered. When we checked outside, the boxes were wet and had slugs on them and inside!!! When we called them to ask why they did not ring the bell, the person who answered kept interrupting us and blaming it on us because we didn't hear the driver knock. Somehow, they did not think about ringing the bell. Refused to give a refund although we have ordered from them countless times before and when told that this would be the last time we will order from them, they told us that they are happy to hear that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I ordered a meal. Never even got half of what I ordered. Ordered onion rings they were burnt. The driver kept my wrap meal, I saw the bag in his bag but thought nothing of it till I got upstairs. Called them to say I haven’t received my order properly, got nothign but vile words. Disgusting company. Don’t know how to cook or even deliver customer service. Need to fix up. Spent 16.85 and couldn’t get what I want. Waste of time.

Very cheap pizzas can't go wrong for 99p for 2 16inch pizza

My son 13 and niece 16 ordered through just eat and paid on her card whilst I was at work. Following a long wait with no food they phoned the shop and they said they had tried to deliver it but couldn’t find the house. I live down a private lane with 5 properties on there it’s not hard to find. They were then told they ll deliver it again but it will cost an extra £5 cash. I then get a call at work to say the delivery driver was stopped by my ex partner at 10pm on the lane with the two children in his car taking them to a cash point. This is disgusting behaviour and worrying on so many levels . I don’t care what the food is like at this establishment I won’t be using you again because of your actions.

I always order from here, not only because theyre so close to where I live but because their food tastes great! Served quickly and always delivered piping hot no matter how later I order. They also take note of any special instructions to my order and are always accurateTop notch pizza at buy one get one free! What more do you want 😊

I ordered a pizza and some cheesy chips through just eat, I never got my order even though I got a message saying it was ready. I have contacted both just eat and Mr pizza, I even got to speak to the owner who doesn't care. Do not order of these guys they don't deserve your business or money.

food is usually good, I realised I put the wrong address on so I called the store to tell them the address is wrong and that I’m at work not at home. I ordered at 01:30, at 02:20 the delivery driver was knocking on the door at my house!!! waking up my whole family!! after realising I wasn’t there he called my phone and asked me where I was, I tried to explain but he barely spoke English, I ended up having to text him my location which is only 3 miles away from my house... at 02:50 delivery driver finally turns up with my cold food...I call the store and speak to someone who said he was the owner, he said he was sorry and will speak to the driver... that’s it... no word of a refund or an offer to send out some more food that’s warm... just sorry... disgraceful customer service and will not be using them again.
