Morrisons Cafe in Redditch

What excellent service. We tried to order online but wifi would not take the card. Phil came to help and was so fantastic.The food was top notch, very hot and well cooked. All staff were so pleasant and made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.We will definitely be returning soon.

Called a couple of times recently and had full cooked breakfast and on both occasions it was very good and nicely cooked plus excellent value.

Seem to wait ages for our breakfast and it wasn't busy . disappointed.

Lovely taste food they don't fill the plates up its like paying 4 an adults meal and receiving a child's perschen. The chips ar like French fries not chunky chips and hot drinks ar not free refills not value 4 mony like there used 2 b

If I could I would've rated a minus for the breakfast, it was outrageous. I had a full English and the sausage was under done, the bacon still oinking at me, mushrooms were stone cold, and the beans I don't think they were even cooked in the first place. Terrible customer service like they didn't care and I highly advice never to come here to anyone I would rate this a -10 for sure

Went for breakfast today, got the ultimate breakfast. Never again. Scrambled eggs we're absolutely dry with a milky taste like they smothered them in milk to try and make them soft and creamy. Toast that came with the meal was drenched in either oil or butter or something that made it unedible. Sausages, they were supposed to be 3, only got one, had to ask for the other 2. Bacon was almost raw and chew . Didnt even try to eat the black pud or the mushrooms because they looked appalling. Never again.

Staff are great, food was cold and burnt hash brown, would not go back

Had a lovely lunch today, staff excellent, meeting and greeting, explaining proceedure and seating us, lovely food, shame members of our older community couldn't understand the proceedure though, the rules apply to them as well, please stop moaning at staff, sit where you are asked to and no you cannot bring your shopping trolley into the coffee shop, don't know how wonderful staff stay so calm. Well done

What is the point In a coffee station when no one mans it?? There was a queue of people waiting for drinks and no one there, no one to ask on the cafe floor either as they was all in the back doing god knows what. Surely you should have someone out on the cafe area at all times. Rubbish on tables that have been left on here since we have arrived and we have been here for 30 minutes. Morrisons seems to not give a care. So you can just come in a rob the place. Open to all!

Beautifully cooked eggs on toast and didn't have to wait long. Friendly cheerful woman on till even remembers my usual order.Can get very busy then food and service not so good. But the staff work hard always.Good value for money and free parking.
