I would describe me and my family as regulars at Muffin Break. We continue to go back again and again - not just because the coffee is the best in Redditch, but the staff are always so welcoming and service is great. We love the shop and I’m so grateful when my 88 year old Nan goes in alone, they take such great care of her! Would recommend popping in if you’re in town.

Although it was very busy all the staff were polite and efficient, there wasn't too much of a wait, there was also plenty of room & seats available. And the food was really nice

Nice coffee, but staff seem to get a bit overwhelmed when there are a few people in the queue.

I have used Muffin Break for over ten years, Tony, Jodie and the rest of the team are always very friendly. The food and drinks are always delicious and made fresh :) I love a chocolate chip muffin - although not good for the January diet.

It use to be one of my favourite but during my last 3 visits the coffees I got were very watery, everything else is wonderful , plenty of choice for cakes, toasties and sandwiches.

One vegan option resting against the chicken option (so no longer vegan)! Tried nicely to explain to the manager who promptly told me i can choose to eat there or not.

Omg. I love muffin break. Great gf options, and dairy free too. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The venue has increased in size since NEXT replaced M&S in the adjacent unit. The food, drink and service has stayed very good. The Covid rules spoil it a bit, but that's the same for all businesses in this sector at the moment. Gets busy around midday as usual, but time your visit and there's plenty of choice of tables. My Ham, Cheese and Tomato Croissant was very tasty heated up with the cheese melted. My pot of tea was nice. Overall Very Good. You can also earn points on their reward card which gets you a free drink after reaching a target. Very nice.

Wonderful staff. Food is lovely and freshly made on the premises. Personally think they have the best coffee in the town centre. They also put the sugar in before making the drink, such a small thing but makes all the difference.

Lots of sitting space, delicious desserts, especially muffins. Coffee wasn’t that great. Personnel is friendly and helpful and the service is fast. Would come again if craving something sweet and would recommend visiting yourself.
