Nando's in Redditch

Nandos never disappoints. It's always good. Even when I try something new on the menu, it's good.The staff are friendly and polite too. Child friendly which is fab for my wild child.Nandos you so cheeky.

Not one to complain, however this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.Waited 1 hour 10 mins, food didn’t come and the manager type lady didn’t even offer an apology, just a grunt and look on her face that looked as if she literally couldn’t care less.A true disappointmentThe wider nandos business would be disgraced

Lovely meal and great atmosphere. Bottom-less drinks and the chicken gravy were highlights for me and staff are extremely friendly and ready to help. Only criticism I can give is that only 1 staff member wore a mask and none were seen using hand sanitiser, so I think more covid prep is needed. Anywho, fantastic food and I will be back.

Our first nandos didn't disappoint! Food was wonderful, came out fast and hot. Everything was explained to us and upsold appropriately. Amy served us and she was super, the place was so clean, would 100% return.

A wonderful experience from the moment we entered the restaurant a warm and friendly greeting by our waitress Em who could not do enough for us even offering to top up our refillable drinks this young lady understands and gives quality customer service

Love this Nandos and the food is to die for. Always clean as are the toilets. Great use of wood/timber and the layout and design is great. Only down side are the small 2 people tables near the back bit squashed but polite and helpful staff who work hard. Great artwork and great food.

Came here for lunch on bank holiday expecting it to be heaving and was suprised it was so quiet. Located in the shopping centre next to McDonald's, and conveniently right by the car park entrance I came in to. Service was good food was prompt and enjoyed a cheeky nando's

This is a nice Nandos. Friendly staff and good service. Have eaten here a couple of times and never had a bad meal.
