Ordered a Chinese for collection SaturdayWas absolutely delicious.Hot and good size portions.Wouldn’t bother going anywhere else in Redditch for your meal.Parks is 100% the best in Redditch

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was excellent. The lady who served me was lovely and polite, the food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Even my mother, who is the worlds fussiest woman loved it! Will definitely eat from here again. Strongly recommend salt & pepper dishies and curry!!

We have ordered our second time. This is ridiculous. Salt and pepper chips taste like curry. Salt and pepper prawns taste like curry. You can see they all cooked in the same pan after they cooked something curry and haven’t wash it. Prawn curry is in blend water. It should be thicker and tastier. Wermachally is my favourite and have no taste in it. All food we ordered is awful. Called and told the lady she is rude and her response was but we serving like this. Never will order again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As no customer care!

We are very pleased with the food, amazing chicken satay, and chef's special OK Chicken👍 duck is also nice. Food was awans fresh and tasty. recommended for everyone! Ordering from few years and the quality is brilliant!

Have used parks before and they have always been lovely until today. I ordered on the new YoYo app and was told my delivery would take an hour and 15 mins (7pm). At 7.45pm the dinner still hadn’t arrived so we rang parks and asked the lady how long it would take, she was really polite and told us the driver had left so he would arrive with our food in 10 minutes. We waited until 8.45pm and the dinner still was not here. We rung back and asked again where the food was and why we had been waiting 3 hours when we had only ordered 5 items & we had been originally told it would take an hour and 15 mins. The lady told us she would find out where the driver is and call me back. The driver turned up 10 minutes later, dumped the food on our path and didn’t even knock the door - I saw him through the window and went to collect the food & he was already back in his car driving off. I appreciate the social distancing guidelines and all our takeaways have been leaving food by the door but they have all knocked, waited at the end of the path to greet us and make sure we collect our food. The lady on the phone did not even call me back. This is genuinely the rudest encounter with a takeaway I have ever had. The food was cold when it arrived, with burnt chicken in the curry and pools of grease on top. I know that this is a difficult time to be working in the food industry and I can appreciate that they are clearly busy but if you cannot manage to at least be polite towards your customers then you shouldn’t even bother continuing to open during the lockdown. This is the second time in a row this has happened with this takeaway. We will never be using parks again.

I’ve used parks on and off for years but this is by far worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. Didn’t even eat it. I had chicken with garlic & chilli. Chicken when cooked is not suppose to have a soft, mushy texture! Cut a few bits of chicken open and parts were still raw! Whole dish had a disgusting slimy texture. This place has gone down hill massively.

This is my go to Chinese takeaway. I do not go anywhere else. As Chinese takeaways go this is my favourite hardly ever have any issues. Food is always hot and taste great.

Food was delicious. however disappointed in the manner that the food was delivered. we heard some sort of sound at the door, went to look and found bag of food on doorstep. no body around to find out if we were in or if it was the correct address.

Asked the delivery driver not to park on my driveway as it is damaged. He replied "why?" So I said "because it's my driveway". He replied "this is my takeaway so please don't order from me again". Great customer service! The food was okay but there are plenty of local takeaway''s to choose from who do want my custom. Have used Parks for a number of years so this was very disappointing. Goodbye Parks!
