Rose & Crown in Redditch

Took my son for lunch with my daughter and 2 grandchildren nice selection on the menu nice surroundings friendly staff who also sang to my son when the birthday cake came out Thank you ladies 😘👍

I have recently started using the Rose and Crown. The pub is very friendly and welcoming even though I'm from Leeds I feel that this is now my local. The food is great too👍

Great food had by all of our party of eight. entertainment was a fab extra too

Cheap and cheerful. Not many options for vegetarians but you get what you pay for. Staff are excellent here :)

When for a meal with my family , the pub was very busy , there was 5 of us and one is my autistic child , we managed to get seated , the que for food was very long as there was woman who was using the app for the free drink and didn't realize you had to order a meal to get it so ordering food took over 20 mins, the two ladies behind the bar were rushed off there feet , poor women they was running around serving , taking food out and clean tables please give them more staff this is unacceptable for a big company to have very little staff in a pub like this , we waited over a hour for our food , my child was very stressed and by time food came , she was to anxious to eat and we had to eat our food and go as we been in there way to long for my child to handle . All in toll this should of just been a quick bite to eat and then leave , but turned into a 3 hour meal , there also only one member of staff in the kitchen , for all those people , and it was so busy people from the bar was coming into the restaurant to get there drinks . Management should be ashamed at the way they run this place and the way they are treating there staff . Hats off to the two women tho , they carried on and pushed though . Your lucky to have staff like that when you treat them so poorly and over work them , one of the women already said she was finishing at 3 but was going to have to stay due to no staff , shocking !! Give these women a raise and get more staff !!

Good food and service even though it was very busy

Good pub food and big portions, quick service and good value Cocktails were tasty too!

Sadly I’m unable to attach my photos, but feel free to check the trip advisor witch has it.We had booked a table for a lovely date out, sat down and was asked if we had a table booking then followed to tell us to sit on a table quite rudely ‘ table 11’ was what was said having no idea where it is, and seeing what we believe was poo on the floor, we had no other option just to get up and leave.

What a great pub. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Had lovely food, I had the haddock and chips and it was excellent. 25% off food and drinks with vouchers.

Went for a coffee with a friend, and her dog, after a walk around Warwick Racecourse. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and were happy to let us in for a hot drink with the well behaved dog. Great service and nice coffee and tea too.
