Ordered a breakfast, when it arrived it looked very nice, on eating it however it was mostly cold or barely warm, one item only was hot.I should have taken it back immediately and complained but did not.I did however make a complaint before I left and the response was basically a shrug and a reply to say Oh, ok, I'll let them know. From the guys attitude I'd be surprised if it went any further. Won't be ordering another breakfast at this (Redditch) branch of Tesco

Had a standard breakfast, it was ok, egg freshly cooked, but quite greasy and not very warm. Cold plate. Ok, but nothing more.

Had a potato, was rock hard sent it back. 2nd came with no butter had to request and after long delay begrudgingly given some. 2nd one wasnt very good either, quite dry as no butter was provided. Never asked if it was ok this tine. No refund or alternative offered. Will never eat here again. Disinterested staff. Poor quality food overpriced.

Absolutely horrible. On one day during covid there is half less available tables, yet no one checked whether there are still seats available. Ordered some drinks hoping to sit down and have a chat with my family, and there was nowhere to sit. Was forced to take coffee in a takeaway cup. Then another day, they seemed to have a better system. The cafe was practically empty, yet we waited 40 minutes for two breakfasts, with no apologies of any kind. Breakfasts were stone cold, toasts had gone soggy and inedible. The person who served which I believe to be a kitchen manager looked moody.Overall experience is extremely disappointing.

I have used this cafe before food not bad could do with their oil changing! My concern is that there are no trays to put food on to take to the check outApparently they give you one at the end, as I had my hands full with things because my great granddaughter was with me I questioned this and was told it’s better because they cause a problem at the beginning ! My answer to this is it might be better for the staff but definitely not for the customer ,put the trays back in the obvious place your customers come first!!

Staff are friendly, and clearly work hard, but that's about itStandard offering for breakfast, partner had "the breakfast" as they called it, priced at £4.60, you get a rasher of bacon, 1 sausage, 2 hash browns, beans, fried egg, half a grilled tomato and a slice of toast. I chose my own items, sausage, bacon at £1 each, then 2 poached eggs at 60p each and half a mushroom, also at 60p.Drinks are extra, with a pot of tea at £1.50.So all in, around £13 for breakfast for 2.My partners breakfast looked better than mine, although the plate was cold, and there was a hunt for butter for the toast.Sausage was of poor quality, as was the tea, and the mushroom on my plate I think may have been boiled, no flavour and not very well cooked.Overall, ok ish, but pricey and poor quality. Won't return I don't think, at least not for breakfast.

The cafe was dirty with table which have not been cleared for the entire 30min i was there. The staff did not smile or offer any form of customer service. We had the breakfast which was cold over priced. Not a good exsperience at all i wont be going back.

This was our first time at the cafe, and there were only a handful of customers. The cafe tables were not cleaned. We ordered toasties, which came out only toasted on one side :(.The staff were unconcerned. There was no one besides Jack looking out for the customers! We will not eat there again, but the cafe needs a manager that cares about the appearance and the service of the cafe. Well done Jack, but Jack needs help.
