The Golden Goose in Redditch

Cannot fault this place, had a carvery here, very tasty and well priced. Good size play area for kiddies. Staff are friendly, hard working and helpful. Will certainly visit here again.

Gone down in my opinion - meat is cut thinner than you can imagine and all vegetables are cold. There was a long queue at the microwave to reheat the meal as soon as it was dished out. Really hot plates might help. We may not be going back.

Beautiful carvery well worth the price. Meats are really tender and veg assortment is great. Also a really nice pint of doombar. Highly recommend the visit

Absolutely brilliant, staff were great, food was piping hot everything was cooked perfectly. Going back again next week for husbands birthday. Can't wait.

My father-in-law took my wife and here. It was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and the staff were ever so friendly!! Hope to go back to again. Anyone looking for a wonderful place to eat I would say gives this place a try! You won't regret it

Had a carvery for take away.what can I say. Fill out a form as to what u want and don't want! dont bother clearly can't read two meals same veg regardless of what u want or listed Meat enough to feed the cat as long as it's not hungry and if u can chew it. what a rip of.. better of with a ready meal from Tesco's at a third of the price.

Came here before Christmas for hot chocolate and cake with my friend. Bought my children and ordered them ice cream. Only 2 of the 3 childrens desserts turned up, not sure if I didn't order it or if the person taking the order didn't put it through the till, but I was only charged for 2 when checking my receipt. Staff were lovely and bought another ice cream for my daughter free of charge. Will definitely go again. Cake was nice and festive hot chocolate was delicious.

This place deserves a 5 star rating, the variety of food on the carvery is great and the price you pay is fantastic. I've played alot more for worse food. I didn't leave a thing on my plate, the meat I expected to be dry but it was lovely, great range of veg & potatoes. Will definitely be visiting again 🌟

Visited here Saturday afternoon. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble (we travel with 5 small children). Food was delicious and prices were extremely reasonable. If your in the area and fancy a carvery, this is the place.

Polite and professional staff. Fabulous effort with their Christmas decorations this year.... I had a great carvery and a lovely chocolate desert. You can't go wrong price wise.
