Lovely place, friendly staff, great food. Celebrated an eightyith birthday there, arrived late due to traffic problems on motorway, No problem for them, made sure we got our meals ASAP so we didn't feel out of it, good humoured banter over it. Thank you.

I had my daughter's Holy communion party here on Saturday 30th April 2022. Lisa and her team set up the rooms, coordinated everything over the course of the day and made it a stressfree and seamless event. We had lots of children and they were very accommodating. The food was amazing at both servings and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for everything!

I had my hen party here not long ago, Afternoon Tea for 30 people, the food was delicious + Lisa + her team were amazing! Nothin was too much trouble. The room itself is beautiful too!x

The hotel is terrible. Do not stay there unless you want to waste your money. I paid for the most expensive room they had, to celebrate my parters birthday.Room STANK of old cooking oil and heating did not work. I had to wash my clothes 3 times after to get the stench out. Ancient bathroom with carpet on the floor, pathetic breakfast in room to be honest too many issues to list.Emailed management and asked for a refund - 6 months later still no reply. The food in the restaurant was good (only positive).

Would not recommend. My partner and I had the Shin of Beef stew. Lots of sauce and onions with very little meat. Customer service was appalling. We asked for the service charge to be removed from our bill to which the waitress became what can only be described as rude.

The nicest place in Redditch for a meal. The food is second to none, the drink choice amazing and the service is impeccable. Perfect for a special night out, I would recommend to anyone!

Best place to eat in Redditch. Food tasty, service very friendly, responsive and quick. Nice decor and general atmosphere. Only minus is that due to the size of room and number of tables in orangery room, it gets very noisy when full of guests and it ruins romantic feel of when room is not full of guests. But will definitely visit again!

Just had our daughter and son in law’s wedding reception at the Old Rectory and Orangery. What a beautiful setting - stunning, intimate and charming. Excellent food with the most amazing hard working staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making the day so special

We booked online to attend Al Fresco Fest at The Orangery but received a phone call the day before to say that unfortunately they had an issue with the power. They were very apologetic and offered us a table in the restaurant instead and I must say I am so happy that we agreed to this as we had the most wonderful Sunday lunch in a beautiful setting! The staff were incredible - very attentive and friendly - considerably better than anywhere else I have been to recently. The food was also fantastic - very good value for the money. Can’t believe we were not aware of this hidden gem before! Will definitely be back for multiple meals in the restaurant and hopefully another shot at their Al Fresco Fest sometime soon!
