This is my local pub, great staff and service,friendly atmosphere, food good quality aswell, I only have one negative it does need a good lick of paint to update and refresh the place, I've been going there since I was 18!I'm now 40!some of the furniture has been updated,but the booths could do with being replaced/new seating to replace the old, I do recommend this pubNatalie Hobson

I went to this pub today with my mother in law and saw a member of staff called Shannon working.A gentleman was slightly upset and this member of staff noticed, Now I know the staff are extremely busy there but her compassion to this man was very noticeable.This lady Shannon deserves a medal for her kind and caring attitude.Well done Shannon for being an outstanding person.

For a Wetherspoon this is a large place very well staffed. As usual good selection of beers, I had the burns supper meal with I really enjoyed, good value.

It was acceptable, but it really could have done with a staff member clearing and cleaning the tables to be honest. Not the best, not the worst.Oh and it was super quiet when we visited.

We ordered 5 meals (2 adults and 3 chiildrens) meals did jot arrive at the same time, 1 of the adult meals wasn't ready. 2 of the children ordered pizza's 1 was perfect the other had a mushed up mess. In the middle of the plate. 1 adult and 1 child had to wait ages everyone else had finished their meals before the late one and the one sent back came out. Disgusting service! Didn't even deserve the 1 starving gave it!
