this place must be changing the staff every now and then because sometimes the food and service is excellent and then sometimes its terrible. I reallly like their burgers and chicken strips, not many places in birmingham do it like them which makes me come back to this place. The decor is so cheap and just ugly, i think if they switched it up with a few minor changes (and a different colour scheme) it could look infinitely better.

Was a little excited to come here after seeing the size of the burgers on the menu. I was let down, could have made the things we ordered at home honestly! Came with my family and they said they had one in Manchester so thought it would be the same thing...They said that the portion sizes were smaller and were a little let down too. We ordered and it took 30 - 45 mins to get our food yet other people that sat down before us some how received theirs quicker and they had more items ordered 🤔.When we asked how long the food would take, we were told "7 to 10 minutes"... It took 45 mins to get our food and as mentioned, i could have made it myself at home with a bigger portion size just like the menu showed! I may go and try the Manchester one at some point to see the difference (if any) but let me finish this.If you want a meal and don't really care about what you want to eat, then come here however, if you want food with a lot of flavour... Go Nando's or Pepe's or that buffet place. I may return again but time will tell.

Great place to eat with family or friends. Great seatings. Excellent service and well looked after. Food is bit pricy, but not full 10 out of 10 marks on the taste or flavour would give a solid 7.

Gave this a 3 star last time its been way over a year since the last time I went i thought i'd give them another chance but that was a mistake by me. First off new menu more variety i thought maybe they've improved thier food well the price definitely went up. Ordered a bbq burger for my self and a normal cajun chicken for the wife with a oreo milkshake and coke. 5 mins later coke arrives in a glass, warm and flat... thought to myself "£2.80 for this shyt!"they replaced it with a closed can of coke and the milkshake arrived which you can see below the same size as the can "deep sigh" £4.75.... good 30 mins later food finally arrived looked half decent. Tasted dry but not too bad realised halfway through the burger something lacking... hardly any bbq sauce! at this point I just laughed at myself... the last time i came here i said to myself that i would never come here again... why did i make the same mistake..And now im sat here the next morning on the toilet 30mins in uncontrolled diarrhoea and intense burning.. my advise is save your money and go to nando's or kfc if you're in Starcity. Never going here again...

Never been here before the service was great very friendly and helpful with the menu. I enjoyed the meal looking forward to trying something else

Food was just average for an American diner, an a little over priced too. Nice bright interior and friendly enough staff. Wasn’t the best place in star city to eat x

Visited this place over the weekend, and I wasnt happy with the PIRI PIRI crunch burger. Though it was filled with flavour it was served to me cold as if it's been sitting there for 20minutes which ultimately ruined the whole experience. Other than that, the onion rings and the milkshakes were superb.

Visited last Saturday for a meal. Burgers are okay. Nothing great for the premium price you pay. The food is okay but the prices are just too off putting. Especially for the service you get. The waiting times are just unbearable for a small burger and salad. At least if the size of meals matched the prices, it wouldn't feel so bad.Menu has changed, but again the prices on new additions is a joke.Addition of side order...sweet potatoes fries...over £3..just seems unreasonable.Any Sundaes, milkshakes or desserts you order..you get the same awful softy ice-cream from the machine..which is sickening in taste.

Had a lovely meal here again yesterday! We were seated straight away, the staff were very attentive&friendly which is why we decided to tip. The milkshakes 10/10, the wings 10/10 and my main was also😍the portions are very filling for the prices you pay. The toilets were clean, we didn’t have any issues at Tinseltown. We will be returning again next month. Thank you!

The place was clean and well kept. Waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I feel I have paid a premium price for fast food quality. The burger was definitely overcooked. The presentation was not great. Food was kind of salty. Sadly, the only positive I had was the milkshake and even that lacked the whipped cream on top.
