Friendly service and great sweet n sour.

Just had our delivery . Not very hot . And my chicken in lemon sauce was so dry and tuff i couldn't eat it

Been having food from here for years, always real nice food prompt delivery and hot when it arrives.I haven't had a Chinese for around a year started again recently and the food is no where near as good as it used to be and delivery takes well over an hour, I've had 2 now and that's enough.all I can think is it has new owners and new chef's, the standard all round has dropped dramatically to what it used to be won't order from here again.

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was excellent. The young lady who served me was lovely and polite, the food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Even my mother, who is the worlds fussiest woman loved it! Will definitely eat from here again.

Without question, this was the worst meal I have ever had the misfortune of ordering. We were regulars here a few years ago so, for a family birthday celebration, we decided to try an old favourite. First of all, part of the order was missing. I called to inform them, the lady on the telephone was lovely, polite and helpful-the management/ owners... Not so much. Heard nothing but shouting and was then asked if I was sure the items were missing! After negotiation, it was agreed a driver would call to us to bring a refund. After dishing up the food, we found we had been sent the wrong food! - and what was correct, was burnt and greasy beyond belief. Called back and again, the lady on the telephone was lovely. Had to explain in depth the ingredients in the food we had been sent because the manaagement/ owners refused to believe we were telling the truth! The poor delivery driver has just come back to us to bring the refund for the missing items. We have had to bag up the incorrect food for him to take back for it to be inspected to prove its wrong! Utterly unbelievable. Fingers crossed he returns with the refund as we've no intention of going out to argue the toss in the middle of a pandemic. I will, however, continue to call until the issue is revolved.Can't stress highly enough how wonderful the driver and the lady answering the telephone were. Positive feedback ends there though, I'm afraid.Please do not waste your money or order as a meal for a celebration - you will be sorely disappointed and more than a wee bit annoyed! Only leaving one star as its impossible to leave none!!

Normally order from here but tonight I'm really disappointed, I asked for chicken and prawn crown mein and only got 2 prawns, It aso didn't taste as good. My kids was the same aswell smaller portion and tasted not nice. Won't be ordering again

Regrettably, for the first time after many years I have had to endure the day after the night before. Normally the food is great but the bout of food poisoning I have experienced Saturday was painful and has put me off the chilli garlic chicken for some time to come and has had an effect on our takeaway choices. Chinese is off the menu! It's all down to the care and attention when preparing food. If you can't get this simple order right, where else is the detail to hygiene being flouted. Not happy!!

We ordered from here for the first time and we were not disappointed. The food was hot and tasted really nice. Only thing I will say is that they use a lot of onion.We would definitely try them again.We couldn't fault the sweet & sour chicken Cantonese style, special fried rice and chips :)

Have been ordering from here for few years now but tonight was definitely the last time. After repeating 3 times the first item of my order (vegetable spring rolls) and the woman who answered saying sweet chili sauce (I didn’t mind since it’s not always easy over the phone to understand) she put the phone down on me. I have given her 10 minutes as she confirmed my number prior to that but clearly she had no intention of taking my order so I ordered from Summer Palace and they made my day. Both food and service provided by Summer Palace were outstanding.

Poor delivery times and food dry. always forget the free gift of prawn crackers. driver said it's down to management and to be fair drivers always offer to bring some back but no point half an hour after you had your meal. would of given it no stars but not an option. I have waited up to 90 minutes for delivery and when you chase they blame the drivers who are not to blame and always polite and courteous. they need a new employer as they don't deserve to have yo deal with the complaints as not their fault
