Once again, excellent food & service. Thankful that I am always asked if I have any allergies by staff. My 2 teenage children who come here do so I am grateful this restaurant check.

First time in Bacco Lounge as was looking to dine in before noon and this is the one that opens from 9 am on Sundays. Food is great and service is prompt. Great atmosphere at table 21 with lovely paintings/prints.

I can not believe I never have been here before. Dog friendly, lovely cocktails, and food was really good. Even though it was a busy Saturday we didn't have to wait to long. I did work some of my way through the cocktail menu. Love the online ordering.

Very few restaurants in Rugby can get 5* and Bacco is one of them. Went on Tuesday afternoon and it was nice. The ambience was good, the staff was friendly, service was good and the food was also good.

Love that people can take their dogs in too. Our waiter was lovely but I was worried for him that he was going to trip over the next door table's dog on a lead and drop a huge tray of drinks and food. But he was a pro! Online ordering at the table is also super easy.

Balcony Lounge is a lovely dining place in amongst the interesting little shops of Rugby Town centre. Great online website let's you select your drinks (with good inclusion or exclusion of ice in cold drinks and milk in hot drinks) and specific meal requests. Whole section for Vegans that is very comprehensive and let's you exclude as well as select items not to your taste. Friendly engaging staff bring things to your table and check that you and your order are okay. No need to worry about cash as you paid for it using your electronic card on the website. Not rushed to finish. After 10am it starts to get more people. We opted for upstairs and a two person table next to window so we could look out at the people passing by and the deliveries. Upstairs also has the advantage of the facilities being up there after you have had a number of drinks. The attentive Bacco Lounge staff will whisk off any finished plates and keep the place tidy. The staff also throughly clean down the surfaces ready for the next person. Whilst entering and leaving you currently need to wear face masks and the staff keep them on throughout. A great experience and lovely place to meet up with friends and not have any washing up to worry about.

Pretty decent place actually. A style of its own. Laid back, not pretentious. Loads of space so you won't feel crowded and I think it's over two floors. Really good food. I had the vegetarian option. Well stocked bar. Nice friendly staff. No rush so you can enjoy time. But then it was a Monday night!

Amazing, as ever. We went on a Tuesday night without a booking. Staff were friendly, food (burgers) was excellent… and the cocktails too. Their mobile order at table service is one of the best I’ve seen

Went for company meal and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff and the food ordering app works and is easy to use. Butter chicken was nice with fries but needs a salad garnish to stop plate looking half empty. Reasonably priced and an enjoyable experience for first time visitor.

I guess it's a bit "luck of the draw" which tables are free, but being stuck in a corner behind a wooden screen made us feel like second class citizens. Let's face it, one of the attractions of this place is the decor. If you're near behind a massive wooden screen, you can't see any of it. The tables in the back room on the ground floor didn't look up to scratch either. When the food came, it was a bit sparse. Serving it up on huge plates didn't help as it made it look even more lost. So, if we'd gone on a different day, or sat at a different table, this review might be very different. But after queuing outside under the scaffolding for so long to get in in the first place, this wasn't a good experience.
